Had my service completed on the car which included a brake rotor and pad change as well as new tyres and alignment! Couldn’t have asked for a better job and the car drives mint! A1 service from the friendly crew at Autoking!

I was recommended autoking by a local mechanic, you can't ask for better service, they show you everything and spend all the time you need with you to explain what they recommend doing and why, all accompanied by pictures. Prices are very good also. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else plus they have a great sit down area with cokes, coffees, teas and bottled water that is all complimentary.

Looking for a good Mechanic..These guys care about good service and are not looking to rip you off.They take photo records of every part they change or check and email them to you. Do you get that from your mechanic?100%quality, get yourself down there.

My car was towed to Auto King as my Warranty company referred me to them.The car was not running/starting - Auto King said the fault was a Starter Motor.They replaced the Starter Motor. -- Within 4 days the Alternator failed.I asked Auto King to do a Load Test on the car when they had the car - i was never told or shown the report - i don't think one was done.When the car was handed back to me the Drivers door window controller only operated the Drivers Door - no mention of this on the report or verbally to me.THEY ALLOW SOMEONE WHO COULD BE A FAMILY MEMBER(DRIVER OF A BLACK 4WD MERCEDES) PARK IN THE ACROD BAY WITHOUT A VALID PERMIT - RESPONSE TO ME WHEN THEY WERE INFORMED WAS -- NO ONE NEEDS THE BAY -- VERY FUNNY, I HOLD A VALID ACROD PERMIT AND WAS STOPPED FROM USING THE BAY. THE FINE FOR DOING THIS IS $2000.00When i went to collect my car i waited at the reception waiting to be served for over 15 minutes - no way of letting the people in the workshop no a customer is waiting to be served, but i did tell them on the phone approx what time i will be collecting the car from them.I DON'T LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK FOR MANY COMPANIES BUT THIS COMPANY DESERVES IT.

Auto king had done lowering adjustments on the coil overs on my vehicle , the outcome was spot on, Jono’s knowledge, trust and understanding of customer requirements was above and beyond, everyone was accommodating and polite, definitely and highly recommended company, you’ll be in good hands. Take detailed photos of your vehicle before handing over to avoid any disputes in regards to damages incurred while at this shop. Will never go back.
