Good range of products and stock always available.Some nice gift ideas available in store. I find the prices quite reasonable on most products. Easy to access and convenient as it's so local.They are also trade longer than other chemists if you need some medicine urgently. Most nights during the week they are open until 7pm.Friendly staff on counter tonight. Greeted me before I was even at the counter. Nice to see.

Keep giving me their own brand of prescription tablets Nothing you can do when your order comes through but that's how they choose to do business . Have told me to go elsewhere because they run out of certain prescription tablets. Not the worst thing but be prepared for that. Workers are pleasant Location convenient

I used this store as a ParcelPoint to return some items. 4 weeks later and all 3 parcels are still sitting there. 2 of the parcels weren’t even registered in the system for a week until I called and asked for confirmation.Why register as a ParcelPoint business if you can’t be bothered to book in the courier?This has bothered me so much that I will now take my scripts across the road to have my medication filled.

Terrible, was profiled instantly for asking the large blonde lady for painkillers. She actually laughed at me, felt quite offended and make sure to not recommend to any sick friends.If you can't go to fremantle in the area, the pharmacy over the road is 10x better, but is much more expensive as its like an independant.

Great Modern technology and friendly staff. Special mention to the Pharmacy Student with brownish-blonde hair who served me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Go in to buy a product, they charge full price which is different from their own website. I point out it is substantially cheaper on their website, the stupid millenial scans the product and says 'no it isn't', I said you are not going to check the web? She just looks at me like I am a freak for asking their ADVERTISED price...PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE MY BUTT, even for their own website. Hopeless sales staff. What is it with millenials? Go elsewhere

Horrible staff. Don't go, they'll make you feel awful. I collect nail polish and I really like the brand Ulta3 (it's stocked here, $2.30 a bottle). As I look up swatch photo's online through my phone, I notice this young female staff member loitering around me. I was there for 1/2 hr or more and the whole time she was near me, doing nothing. I couldn't believe she thought I was stealing! I have NEVER stolen a thing in my life!About 20 mins before they closed, the girl hurries me along, saying I'd need to pay soon because they'd close the till. I go over to the counter to pay for my polish and she says nothing, so unbelievably rude, then as I'm walking out she sprints past me (I assume this is to open the sliding door that they've closed, because there 'shutting down' 15 mins early). But the door isn't locked, because another woman walks in. She just did it to get ahead of me for some reason. Then, when I'm outside - in the pitch black - she asks to look in my bags. At this point I'm quietly fuming, but happy she's asked to see my bag so I can prove to her that I'm not stealing. I have to ask her back inside so she can actually see if I've stolen anything, which of course I haven't. I politely tell her that I suspected she thought I was stealing and she goes bright red, as well she should!Absolutely awful staff. How can you live with yourself, behaving so appallingly? Do not go here! I'd been here before, asking for the cost of one medication, and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to the pharmacist. Just go across the road, they're much nicer there!

Excellent service. I had to utilise the home delivery service given i was self isolating. From placing the order to delivery took 4 hours. Thankyou Terry White.
