After approaching Results Legal to resolve a matter the proposed strategy to reach a resolution seemed promising. What eventuated was a prolonged exercise in costly, mostly irrelevant communication and an outcome that deviated from the original plan to settle matters between parties.The situation was exacerbated at some point being taken over by a different lawyer due to what appeared to be a level of disinterest and a case of being occupied with other matters. To add insult to injury, settlement was not correctly finalised and the matter dragged out for an additional eight months. Further, a level of incompetence was displayed in failing to identify Stamp Duty obligations.Would not recommend based on my unpleasant personal experience.

I know lawyers are costly but it is awful if lawyers digged into different holes than what I said on the first meeting with a expensive fee which was two or three times more than others. Wrong strategies, wrong prediction and poor result. Any predictions they said didn't come true and just excuses came up with. I wasted much more than $10k for their work on just delaying my matter and brought me a awful strategies I already had done with other lawyers before I hired this lawyers. I stopped working with them and I resolved my matter by myself.It cab be different on your case but it was a big waste of my money, time and labour on my case.

Very disappointing. Assisted me with a minor legal issue. Didn't end up telling my anthing more that I already new and then charged me double what they quoted which included a 'discount' down from the invoice which was triple what they quoted me with no advise along the line they would exceed the quoted price, nor when questioned could give any reasonable response other than 'research'. Will not be using nor recommending you in the future.

Almost two months ago I interviewed for a four week clerkship at Results Legal and today I have completed my last day of that four week clerkship.During the interview for the clerkship, as the values and the culture of the Results Legal team were being described to me, I was overcome with excitement when thinking about spending sometime in such an incredible and inspiring environment.The culture and the environment did sound almost too good to be true, but as the 1st week came to an end, I was shocked not by how the team were as they were described, but by how they were even more respectful, even more kind, and even more committed to supporting my practical education than they had been described to be.Everyday despite the busy schedules of all those around me, I was always encouraged to seek help and ask for clarity if any of the tasks I had been set were confusing or challenging. Or even if, just for my own educational benefits , I was curious to gain an even richer understanding of a topic, I felt supported to ask questions that weren’t strictly related to the task I had been set.I experienced the importance of truly working in a team, the need for precise and accurate legal research and analysis, gained an understanding of the many facets of court procedures, further developed problem solving and critical thinking skills and much, much more.Prior to the clerkship I felt woefully underprepared for one day practicing law, but my experience undertaking the one-month clerkship at Results Legal has completely changed that. I am still in disbelief at how much I have learned, and in the friendly, professional, and positive environment in which I learned it all. For my peers who are looking for a Practical educational experience, you could do no better than to Clerk at Results Legal.I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience.And of course, based on my work experience at Results, I would encourage in equal measure those who are in need of expertise in Commercial litigation or advisory to consult Results legal.
