Snooze Hawthorn

We recently purchased a new mattress and bed from the Snooze store in Hawthorn. We received excellent service in the store. We discovered a small problem with our bed after it was delivered. After contacting the store with our problem, we were given excellent follow-up service by Matt. Matt came to our house to hand-deliver and replace the part that was damaged. Overall we received excellent communication and amazing service and I can highly recommend Snooze Hawthorn.

Processed a refund bought Black Friday, for a Christmas present that turned out already owned. Long time customer, will return. Recommend their Sealy beds. Been sleeping on Sealy for over 20 years.

Our bed was delivered and we realised that we had chosen too firm a mattress.Rang Damian and he agreed immediately to swap it for a softer one. He couldn’t have been more obliging. Exceptional service.Recommend this store highly.Kay and Greg.

Tip of the hat to all the staff at this store - they are all so genuinely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Went to the other bedding stores nearby and as the products and prices were fairly comparable we went with Snooze just because we liked the people better. Thanks to the team for setting us up with an awesome bed, very much looking forward to it

Excellent service. The woman who served us was easygoing, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, making the choice of mattress within our budget and meeting our needs. She arranged delivery within our time requirements. We'll definitely be recommending them to others.

Delivered a Trundle bed with legs that could not be assembled as they did not fit the trundle base. Very rude customer service from staff who have not remedied the problem. Now stuck with a unusable low quality King Single trundle and out of pocket $1600.

I called Snooze Hawthorn looking for specific European pillowslips. Claire, who helped me, went above to locate these pillow slips. She even went online and tried to find the cheapest way of ordering them. She was polite. Helpful, and super professional. I would definitely go back.

I had a very disappointing experience. Me and my partner went to browse the store to try to determine a good budget for a new mattress and took a while to come and ask us if we needed some help but we said we didn't because we were done by then. We decided to come back one week later to purchase a mattress but we wanted help choosing the best option and the same person was in charge that day. He was with some other clients and even thought the clients told him it was okay if he helped us he said no, right in front of us and chose to not acknowledge us or say anything like I'll be with you in a sec". Then when he finally decided to help us he said " I remember you from last week and you didn't want my help" as if he resented that. He showed us some options but left us completely alone for such a long time and we had to go and find him. He didn't take us seriously as clients maybe because we are young couple even though we were ready to buy a mattress right then

This is a decent sized snooze store situated in Hawthorn and given it’s extensive options to choose from, I was excited to make my first snooze purchase. Unfortunately I didn’t buy anything as the staff were that unhelpful. It’s a shame as they have a lot of stock and people like myself visit to make a genuine purchase and work out that we’re not valued as a customer.

As a repeat customer of snooze I’m very disappointed with their customer service and lack of follow up. I have dealt with multiple people awaiting delivery of furniture who have at best shown a lack of interest and care.
