Quantum Radiology Chester Hill

Went there yesterday with my wife for a 8 weeks scan. The lady at front was not allowing me to go inside. That's something I never heard before. Husbands aren't permitted. I had to ask the radiographer to allow me. Really need to train their staff how to deal with clients!!

I rated 1 star for the attitude of a receptionist. I asked for a chocolate for my hungry son but I had to deny to take it because of the attitude, zero customer service skill I experienced from the receptionist.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here because you may see this receptionist, and have disappointed feelings before you got into serving with the best trained staffs.I also acknowledged the good service I received from a gentleman and an apology from the manager.

The girl on the reception answered me arrogantly while I was asking her about the results of the ultra sound and if I can keep a copy for me...then she interrupted me by saying next.. as if she said shut up

I had to have a CT guided needle into my neck. The staff were kind, calm, informative and professional. The lovely doctor who did the injection was amazing, They took time and care to get it right and were helpful and communicative. Very impressed and can highly recommend. ALL the staff were beautiful, caring and professional

Came in for a pelvic ultrasound due to a medical condition and the asian lady was judging me the entire time for my personal choices? Considering it was an invasive procedure it was 200% a very uncomfortable position, especially with a lady fake laughing at me for my personal choices and constantly putting her opinion above mine. She restated her opinion again at the end of the procedure right before telling me its over, as if she really needed to have the last say. At the end of the day, your job is a radiologist. You’re not my doctor, you’re not my mother and you’re not me so keep your personal opinion to yourself. It’s extremely unprofessional and the experience was so uncomfortable. I’ve spoken to my medical professionals and family about this. How disappointing that this place is close to home but has such poor professionalism and no respect for their clients. On another note, the lady didn’t even greet me and walked off without me after calling my name from the waiting area so I had to power walk to catch up to her. She barely gave me instructions for what to do and I had to ask. She clearly hates her job and has a miserable life!

I had X-rays done on Monday 9am. By 3pm my doctor had not received the results.It is now Tuesday and I have not received the results via message. Once upon a time, prior to Corona, we got the results in a very short time delivered to the doctor. What is going on? Why the long wait to get vital health information ?

Terrible service, would not recommend at all. I went there yesterday at 3:30pm for my 5 months old baby ultrasound the staff did it very rough on my baby. Hes not gentle on baby ,he pulled my baby leg closer to him by one hand, when i got home i saw his finger nail mark on my baby thighs there are 4 of them and its still red where he hold while doing ultrasound. I just cant believe it No wonder my baby cry when hes hold my baby leg. I would never come back here again and alert everyone please do not come to this place. This place is quiet for a reason and if i can rate 0 star i would.
