Next day service! Plus thought I needed a new split system. Ryan checked and cleaned.....and it's working again. When I do need a new system Elements Air will be the company I go to. Local family business too

Horribly overpriced quote for AC repair, didn’t end up going through with it. In the end I was overcharged for the quote and was only told later that they charge a minimum of 1 hrs labour per visit (keep this in mind if you’re looking for a quote) on top of a service fee of $40 + GST. I was charged about $200 for a 15 min inspection and quote. Dumbfounded, I called and they said that I was charged for more than an hour, which they corrected but honestly didn’t really make much difference. Overall, this experience has put me off hiring for repairs. You’re better off buying new, as this will avoid the trouble of dealing with dishonest repair companies.

Did not fix the issue left covers off the aircon and charged me for the call out and the customer service was not good

Very poor service, freezer had a breakdown and when they came to take a look they told me the freezer could not have worked without a cover even though it had been working for 9 months when they last fixed it, they believe we had someone else meddle with the freezer. We caved and paid $550 for a new cover which then they said the compressor and wiring was tampered with (once again believing someone else had come) and asked us to pay another $1500 to fix it. In the end just bought a new freezer and they still have the cover of the old one.

Elements have supplied and serviced aircon units to me for around 8 years. They have always provided excellent service with quality products and are always on time. I would highly recommend them.
