I took my Holden Barina in there and Sandy and his team did a fantastic job. It came back looking like a completely different car absolutely sparkling and spotless inside and out. I did it properly and add a fair price and I highly recommend this company there anyone looking at getting their car details

Horrible service and an absolute waste of money.Charging $45 for a simple vacuum and external wash (which was not even done properly).Asked them to clean the door jams as they have dirt on them, but declined as not part of the service.Windows still has stains on the outside.Avoid if you can

Inside & Out wash.Not happy at all, with their service.Claim they are doing Handwash, Dirt was remains on the body. Interior hasnt done proper cleaning. Not recommended......

I had my car washed at h20 Berwick today, this was by far he worst experience I have ever dealt with. I selected a basic wash inside and out, from my understanding this included full wash of the outside and a vacuum and wipe of the inside. They also advised it would be an additional $25 to vacuum the dog hair out of my car and the dog hair would only be 60 to 70% gone I advised that was fine. However, upon my return an hour later after checking my car, I noticed they had not wiped my dash did not wipe my a.c. vents left my boot cover dirty and did not wash the area around the outside of my boot as apparently this was not included in the basic wash (which I was not informed of). There was also more than 60-70% of dog hair left in my car. On top of this, whatever chemical they used on my steering wheel has taken off the shine coat. After discussing my issues with them and explaining that I understood the dog hair would not entirely be cleaned from my car but I would’ve expected my dash/ interior to be wiped free of dog hair I requested a refund, they advised a refund was not possible and that they could clean over my car again however, given the outcome of the service I did not feel comfortable with them touching my car any further, they advise their boss would be on their way to the shop within half an hour to sort the issues out however 45 minutes later there boss did not arrive and advise they were still 20 minutes away. Each time I wash my car I only get a basic wash, and I’ve never ever been left with my car still being dirty even after my dog has been in it. By far the worst service I have ever received. 10/10 do not recommend

They had my car for nearly 6 hours I got the most expensive clean you can get before you get full detailing and this is how it came back. The windscreen hadn't even been touched nor the back window if I could have gave it zero stars I would have

Don’t even deserve one star. Attendant lady didn’t even bother to say hello. She and her partner were looking after one car with all other employees and was pointing out the spots that wasn’t dry.Asked her employee to dry the car again. When it came to our car, no eye contact or friendly interaction and said, your car is done. Didn’t even bother to look at the car if they did their job properly.Our car was still wet and wasn’t dried properly. Again everyone started drying, vacuuming other person’s car. Really rude, bad customer service.

Would not recommend to anyone. Had given my car for complete clean inside out and they left all the door jamb dirty as it was. When I asked them why were the door jamb not cleaned, they said the door jambs are not included in the normal inside out cleanimg option. There were only 2 guys working on Sunday and were just lazy to do their job properly.They also did not vaccum properly leaving the door pockets as they were with all dirt and rubbish.Complete waste of my money.

Do not recommend this place. Did the most expensive detailed clean and this was the result. They kept the car for 6hrs and when I went to pickup the carpets were all covered with dust and sand.The guy told me someone else did inside. The supervisor lady talked in another language and tried to cover the mistake. These guys don't deliver value for money. Not a returning customer.

Booked a day before for a superior but end up doing the express detail.Sandeep was very polite over the phone and text messages. Responsive and was friendly when I arrived the next day.Explained the differences between superior and express detail and decided to try express detail. This is not on their website.A pretty good job. Only part missed is behind the back seat as the boot cover was hanging off it. Probably have to tell them to remove all detachable parts so all areas are thoroughly cleaned.Would say it’s was quite well done but then I am the first car in that day.Ask questions and explain requirements and check if all are done as required before leaving the place to be fair to them.

I have 3 German shepherds and at lease one in the back seat 5 days a week, it was an absolute mess and probably enough dog hair back there to make another 10 dogs. Very impressed
