Smarter CRM

I was introduced to Smarter CRM about 3 months ago. I have to say I was skeptical to start with. There are so many CRMs on the market. After giving it a good trial run 3 months I've gotta say I totally love it. I've been a Keap Certified Partner for 6 years now so I know CRMs. This system is very responsive, constantly making improvements. Pretty impressed.

I recently had Peter and his team setup the new Smarter CRM software for our company, we have spent some time working through the training on the new platform and spent time with Sam showing us the ropes and it’s full functionality, I can say this is very powerful software, easy to navigate for the not so tech savvy user and their support has been great. Referred by the Association of Professional Builders and being new to the CRM game, I was impressed at how the Smarter CRM team looked after us by training us in the use of the CRM and pre-customising it so it was ready to hit the ground running along with the launch of our new website (also by Smarter Websites).I have been very impressed with how knowledgeable and responsive the team are to my queries and the ease of the system to use. I have found it extremely easy to make edits to the templates and workflows and it has great customisation features.It’s such a relief to know that the lead and client nurturing side of our company is all automated and capably looked after for us. I've been using Smarter CRM for about a month now and absolutely love the features. It is so much easier to use than my previous CRM and I get surprised constantly with how quick they implement new features. It's definitely a keeper.

This company was recommended by Apb which i am a member. I received a list of approved partners that were vetted and supposedly good resources for contractors. I spoke to Mr. butler and i started received automated emails and promotional emails. I also received a super confusing estimate through an email. I spoke to Mr. Butler again and he finally provided a pdf quote for my website development, crm and seo. In the meantime he charged my credit card $4,500 as a deposit and attempted to charge my card for the crm without me confirming i want this service. About a month later my credit card was charged over $6,500 without authorization of course. I asked him to refund all the amounts expressing my frustration and his answer was to share his doubts about the success of my 20 Million dollar business. Mr. Butler my company was there, will be there and will thrive without irrelevant and unprofessional people like you and next time keep your opinions for yourself. What this industry needs is transparency, honesty and respect and you lack all three. My advice to contractors is to stay away from your services!!Unfortunately i cannot reply to your response so i am editing the review. I received an initial quote in an email and i accepted the web development and i never accepted the crm. You charged the deposit and then attempted to charge for the crm which you do not have anywhere in writing that i accepted. IF I LIE PROVE IT. Then we scheduled a call and you provided a quote in a pdf that i also never accepted. And you charged me again over $6,500. IF I LIE PROVE IT AGAIN. I am an APB Member. You are saying i cancelled. PROVE IT! The only reason i mentioned that i am an APB Member is that these people are promoting you and apparently they are promoting to their members a person that is lying constantly. AND IF I LIE PROVE IT AGAIN. I will write it again that you are completely unprofessional, arrogant and aggressive and the purpose of this review is to protect the contractors from you and your business!!
