GV Removals and Transport

2 and half hours late and was angry. We helped move a lot and he kept asking for his $350 which they did not deserve. The offsider was ok! TV broken $600

Ven was very efficient and professional, could not be more happy with his service.He came on agreed time, did job very quickly. Highly recommended!

If there was 0 stars i could give to this company. Was in contact with Wen and even though I had confirmed the appointment several times and a day before, he called me on the morning of the move asking to reschedule because it was raining. I explained that there was only this window available for the move and then he confirmed that it would still be ok. He was aware of the urgency of the situation. The removalist did not show up and was unresponsive to phone calls and messages. Avoid at all cost, very unprofessional

The mover was very rude. My friends did a lot of work in the move. Was told 350 when I called for move and then after all the items were in truck was asked for 100$ more when my items were in the truck and he wouldn’t unload it. money is one thing, he was threatening to take our tv and mover was banging the lifts in the apartment meaning to damage the glass so we had to pay for it..

Ven and Henry were amazing moving all our belongings to our new place. We were surprised when they first arrived that the furniture wouldn’t fit but they fit everything, and even lightened the loads we were taking in our cars & saved us the trips. Hope to use your services again :)

Would not hire. Broke our tv unit during the move and did not accept responsibility for it or reimburse us. Very unprofessional. Would not risk using them as they will mishandle your furniture.

One of my employees used these guys and this was not a good experience for the young fella.4 hrs late, charged extra $120 to what was quoted, did not want to fill the truck completely until extra cash was paid. 1 item was damaged. Not good enough.

I had a different review. The guy who helped me to move the item wanted me to write a nice review and he said i will do it for you so he has taken my phone and wrote by himself! Now last month I booked them again and the day before the person who I had spoken to, said they cannot do my job. I had to Google and find another removalist. Since I had no time, this new company overcharged me. What I really want to mention, please do not trust this guys. They will take your booking and then leave you no where.If u notice many people has complained this. They just take too many jobs and then cancel few according to their convenience! This company cannot be trusted, specially if you have a deadline.

Do not hire this removalist!! Every aspect was unprofessional and made an already stressful experience a million times worse. After arriving an hour late on an already tight schedule late in the evening, we had only one bed to move. He had a very small dolley that was used to move a heavy bed and he did maybe 10% of the lifting while I (a female) and my brother did the heavy lifting. He's extremely slow. Once we loaded the bed painfully, arriving to the moving destination, he nearly hit a car in backing his truck to the premises. He refused to allow us to bring in the final piece without giving him cash payment after which he he proceeded to watch while my brother and I moved the heavy bed the entire way to the door. His attempt to lift was so incompetent the bed smashed my lip on my teeth. He then left the bed at the door and drove off without any advice or ideas or disassebly of the bed to take it in. We stayed back another 2 hours disassembling the bed from the common area to take it in then reassembling it. Finishing quite late in the night. He had a terrible attitude, rude, unhelpful and altogether horrible to deal with. Do not hire this company, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and awful company in business.

He cannot be trusted and don’t book him if you have a deadline.
