Macquarie Waters Boutique Apartment Hotel

After attempting to cancel our booking due to our son needing life saving surgery in Sydney, we we're informed by the 'managing partner' and his wife, on separate occasions that our refund was complete dependent on whether they on-sell the nights we have cancelled.We we're given excuses of 'this is our policy' and 'this is their superannuation' all whilst we are scrounging to get our son into hospital these people were only concerned with money and quite frankly are moraly corrupt and the most disgusting treatment I have experienced.I would whole-heartedly not recommend staying here based on thus underlying treatment of its clients when/if things go bad. Plenty of other high quality destinations to choose from without being subjected to this treatment.In closing, we did recieve our refund, 7 days after it was requested and not before they informed us they had sold all the nights we had booked, again only concerned with money, not people at all.Nice hotel, disgusting human relations and management

Very large apartment for two, efficent elevators, nice outdoor pool area, secure parking with A1 onsite breakfast cafe with dinner available from thursday to sunday. Friendly reception, very clean throughout and the building is being repainted and repaired by the new owners which will make it even more aesthetically welcoming

From my first contact with these apartments I was blown away. The lady concierge was unbelievably helpfully, friendly and accommodating. My visit has been second to none. The staff are top class from the cleaners to the maintenance guy. The owner of the caffe downstairs is a very friendly and accommodating lady. The chef is top class his food is excellent. I would highly recommend these apartments and the caffe to anyone looking to stay in Port Macquarie.

A excellent place to stay, the room was spacious airy & light.A nice set up the kitchen is fully equipped. The 2 lovely ladies on the front desk were helpful and friendly.Can't wait for my next stay

Great service. Çomfoŕtable rooms. Nice pool. Well situated in town. Peter solved my WiFi problem and lent me the office for a zoom conference. Very helpful.

Golf trip with the boysThree bedroom apartments each had their own bathrooms.Cant ask for anything better .Well presented with coffee breakfast in the building.Close to water , city centre .Nice place , we all thought inexpensive.

Property was extremely noisy, the floor vibrating until late from a party in the restaurant downstairs. No warning from management, no offer to move when raised.Bed was terribly uncomfortable, old and saggy. One of the worst nights I’ve ever had.

Great place to stay as it's within walking distance of a lot of the main places in Port. We had a clean and lovely little room that was great to rest in.

The room was well presented and is naturally lit. It comes with very nice large bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The apartment is located just above the pool and spa area. The building is located just outside the business perimeter with most restaurants, Cafes, the river and its beaches well within walking distance. There is a coffee and breakfast restaurant within the building.

Well appointed hotel with a modern feel. Our room was big and bright with a full kitchen and spa. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay again.
