I love this place I just had a week of work experience here and it was the best week of my life. Big thanks to Zac, Josh, Isaac, Sandy and Wayne for organising all this and taking me aboard. Have had good experiences and bad experiences here.Owner is a nice guy, never had a problem with him service wise.Their tech, Josh I am not too sure of.I bought a new computer for work last year, 3080ti, 10920x, 128gb ram and so on, and gave my old computer to my autistic brother. My old computer had been working fine prior to this. I bought a new motherboard and cpu for his computer too and tasked Leading Edge with setting this up.My god, was a mess it was. Constant overheating issues that Josh continuously misdiagnoses, recommends equipment changes that aren't faulty (which we get charged for) just for the issue to never be rectified. I probably made a good four or five visits myself with this issue, with my brother making a visit himself to try and get it fixed.So far Josh has replaced the RAM, HDD, more fans, new cooler, wiping the OS continuously and reinstalling it. All of which I've been paying for yet the PC will still randomly turn off when my brother is using it.Have to say so far I regret not using another group in town.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable. They do a good job when servicing computer equipment too.

Leading Edge Computers offer the best service for your computer needs. Both owner Wayne Savill & manager Mark Ashford are just so professional, helpful & friendly to people like me who struggle with technology.Their prices are very reasonable. I have used them for many years & would not go anywhere else. I would highly recommend them.

As a long time older customer I have always relied on the staff to guide me in what I have needed to keep my 13 year old Toshiba laptop operating. Sadly recently it could not be fixed. This was a real concern to me as I had only ever operated the one unit & I knew the new technologies were far superior to what I was used to. The team were of great assistance to simplify my new laptop so I could slowly become confident in it's use. Without their assistance it would have been impossible for me to transition.Sincere thanks to the team.

Leading Edge team is very helpful,They listened to my issues I was having with a 4.5k computer as it was overheating and restarting.Zac was able to diagnose my computer within 5 minutes of looking over my computer and running tests.Found to be lack of air flow cooling, and also recommended to remove overclocking (as of use was not needed for my use of computer).Zac organised 3 new high flow fans, 2 to add in and the other to replace a stock standard case fan.I have had my PC for 2 days now, with it running so much cooler and having 0 issues.I highly recommend the team at Leading Edge, they all are very helpful and will listen to you and do there very best to help/assist and look after you the best way possible.Thank you for all your help Wayne, Zac and Nick.100% my number #1 computer shop.

Amazing service, bought a computer from them last year (for some reason my review never actually posted). Organised the parts i wanted super quick and kept me informed the whole way through. Got me a great deal on the video card too! Would recommend sales and service. Top cable management by Zac :thumbsup:.
