Terrible service. The staff does not follow up. Poor communication and response to any queries made. Put your property at their disposal on your risk. I would never ever do that again.

Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this agent. We inspected a property and after providing all the documents to the agent to apply for the property, we haven't got any response for nearly 2 weeks. We called the agent and got the answer that the application is being processed and will call us back. But the agent neither emailed us nor texted us if the property is still available after the call. A few days later, we searched online and found out that the property was rented out, but still we haven't got any update from the agent.

My Husband and I applied for a property on the 23rd of September, I called 28th got told I would hear back end of day, nothing. Called again 2nd of October wasn't sure" if we were one of the 5 applicants put through to owner said I would get a call back - Never did. Property is now offline

Have been a tenant with Casey Property Group for nearly two years but would recommend to steer clear from them. They have ignored us for 7 months and failed to conduct urgent repairs at the property, resulting in consumer affairs and VCAT involvement.

I can Not believe how this agency can keep working with such a low respect they have for people.My family and My brother family are still waiting for respond but nothing come throw yet and the property we applied for is not any more in the list.That mean is they find someone for that property but should we get notice from agency and not keep waiting??Who is the manager their??Do this people understand how business works??We will never ever work with this agency.Very poor in communication and caring.No to Casey Property Group Estate Agents.No
