I really liked the previous manager, Minsuk.====Excellent hair cut, first time in years someone has been able to cut and style the way I've wanted. Affordable, $25 including a wash. Fantastic service, takes his time and pays attention to detail. I can't help but give a good tip here. Looking forward to my third cut, and many more to after that.Edit: hair cuts now $35

I have been a customer of this salon for the last few years. They are very professional with a great environment. They are using GK Hair Products which I absolutely love. Never saw any better treatment than GK Hair The Best Treatment. Strongly recommended.

I visited Kawii Hair Salon for the first time for a trim. I was cordially met and offered coffee, tea or water. Classical music was being played in the background. The salon was tastefully furnished, not too glitzy. I was very happy with the way I was consulted about my hairstyle. The stylist was very attentive and took every care to ensure that my face was shielded from the heat of the hairdryer and water sprayed to control my hair. The final result was very pleasing and I will definitely go back to Kawii for my next hair cut.

First time customer but will be back. Good haircut, done promptly. The hairdresser was lovely.Surprisingly quiet given everyone must be desperate for a haircut after the lockdown. It was a positive aspect for me though as I wanted to avoid the crowd!

Jenny was so warm and kind, plus she did the most gorgeous cut and colour for my boyfriend's mum. Just such a lovely subtle blonde colour - I couldn't recommend Kawii highly enough.

Minsuk is the best cutter and stylist I have been to, I also appreciate his courtesy to me as a senior citizen. My daughter and two grandchildren are now patrons . He is very understanding and will always make time for his clients, or special arrangements.

I've long difficult thick hair, It was one of the best cuts I've ever had in my 50 years of living. He took so much time in styling. He was extremely precise and has a passion for hairdressing. I'm very disappointed with my experience with Kawaii salon balgowlah. I asked her to do grey balayage and she ended up doing a blonde/orange tone. When I told her it's far from what i was expecting she quickly dyed my hair with ash blonde and she didn't even dyed it properly there were hair that has orange/blonde tone and some are grey. My hair was damaged and look so terrible!!! I had to cut my hair shorter just to get rid of all the bleached hair. Never ever go back to this salon and won't recommend this one too. I used to have my hair done with this salon the asian guy but he left 2 years ago. The new hairdressers are not good. She should have just told me straight away that she can't achieve the grey balayage instead, she insists she can do it.

I get great cuts and colouring from this cute local salon, I've been a customer for a few years now. Always friendly and covid safe since it's not a huge operation!
