Got charged for something we didn't want because the cashier couldn't hear us over how loud the music they were playing was and they misheard us when we said no to what they were asking, what we ordered did arrive in a timely manner however was cold with many things both over and under cooked leading us to feel sick after eating just a small amount, not worth the $70 dollars we paid

terrible service, order was placed at 8;30 for a 9.15 delivery still has not been delivered at 10.20 called the store and their explanation was that my order was time consuming and they have a cafe to run as well. It happens so the send a delivery driver new to town and got lost. looks like we'll be receiving our cold breakfast served with ice coffees.. extremely disappointing

Valentine’s Day flower order wasn’t delivered. Took 3 days and a third party involvement to get them delivered. I have sent messages and emails and not a single attempt at any communication from them. No reply, acknowledgment or apology or even attempts to offer a new delivery or refund. Absolutely disgraceful customer service that still continues nearly a week later.

Waited over 30mins for a toasted sandwich and chips with barely any customers. Meal came out and chips were inedible and chicken sandwich was tasteless. Had great experiences here before but now extremely disappointing. Manager replaced the chips which were better than the first lot but still bad sandwich.

Convenient location. Food was delicious. It was quite busy but staff worked well to accommodate everyone and kept the tables clean and the coffee flowing.

I love this place but the service wasn't great and I was forgotten for over half an hour even after checking multiple times if my food was ready. They have good coffee and lots of beautiful things in there, just the service is a major let down.

Terrible experience. Everyone had cold food, they are unaware what their own menu is, mischarged us and didn’t deliver one person meal. All meals were staggered so no two people were eating at the same time

Ordered several times and been disappointed so thought I'd give it one more shot. Same as always, expensive price for a few overcooked chips and a toasted chicken sandwich which always has something missing. Sandwich not fully toasted either. Coffee is like warm milk and staff always look unhappy and are unfriendly. Will not be trying again.
