I usually enjoy the pizza at Crust but yesterday we received the Pesto Chicken Club with rotten avocado on top.I would have preferred no avocado instead if I had the option.... A simple call to let us know that it wasn't available would have been fine.It was disappointing to see that the person who made it thought it was okay to put mouldy avocado on a pizza.I don't think I'll be back but I hope that this can be flagged to be fixed for future customers.

Ordered a large and got a <9 inch pizza, should have gone to dominos for $5 pizza instead of $18 tasted like cardboard also. Offered no refund or exchange for the right size, lost a good local customer.

Best pizza store in Southport, has variety of pizza options for meat lovers, vegetarians and vegan lovers. Also, has delicious sides with reasonable prices. Excellent staff :-)

These were the worst pizzas I have ever had in my life. WeSpent $137 for cold, tasteless pizzas. This franchise has a lot to answer for. When I called they blamed the menu log driver. Though they weren’t just cold they weren’t horriblyI did receive your response but you have completely missed the point. Blaming a third party for cold pizzas I can accept but the quality of the pizzas once re heated where like eating cardboard as per the other 15 - 1 star reviews you have relating to quality and taste.

Sadly the Pizzas were completely overcooked. We have loved Crust Pizzas for years from Sydney & Coolangatta; but last night's was inedible from Southport Crust. So disappointing.

After eating some of the other rubbish being peddled as pizzas closer to home, the 15 minute drive to Crust at Southport is very much worth while. Great pizzas!

We were customers of Crust Southport for many years. We moved down the road 600 metres from Runaway Bay to Coombabah same postcode and now no deliveries available. management should look at their delivery area closely as they are loosing many orders to an area that obviously purchase from them if they delivered.
