Optus Chadstone

The three most inefficient managers I have come across in my life, unprofessional, disrespectful, and liars. They could not solve a simple problem that they themselves generated, it took them 2 months to try" to give me solutions. They sold me a plan with a phone but the plan and the phone were no longer in stock and the plan no longer existed. They made me go to the store more than 6 times to waste my time and listen to their false promises of solutions that were never carried out. They couldn't fix the problem. Every time I went to the store they told me lies. They treated me very contemptuously. In the end I had to agree to a totally different plan than what I signed for as there was no solution to the problem.Avoid bad times

Bad service, it is much easier to deal with Optus sales reps over the phone. I was told they would credit my last phone repayment, instead they broke it up into charges, one per month for the next 3 months and told me if I need a credit, to contact optus directly to resolve. I was also given wrong information on roaming costs. Will never go back.

Just went into the store looking for last minute Christmas gifts. I have to say, Ethan was super helpful and extremely patient with helping me find the perfect gifts for my kids!! Have been looking for these gifts for ages and couldn't find them anywhere! Absolutely satisfied with the customer service today, would definitely come in again!! 5 stars from me!

My phone had stopped working and went in to have replaced and was advised it would have to be sent away. No loan phone offered. Ask for credit to be place on my account for the time I’ll be without phone. Or service and again not able to provide. the staff also huddled together and laughed at me when I was addressing my concerns about paying for a service I can’t even use. This is on top of them creating a 2nd phone service I didn’t request to have.

Was served by this lovely young girl Cathy yesterday, she was extremely patient with me despite my old age. Switched me from vodafone to optus fast and efficiently! Love the service

Huge shout-out to Lydia who served me tonight! Her customer service was fantastic! Lydia assisted me with my enquires and gave me peace of mind when confirming my overseas roaming was ready to go. Thank you also for the travel recommendations! Your a star!

I have submitted warranty claim as instructed by Optus online help to get my apple ultra watch replaced that I used only for a week. The store collected and given me claim no only to realized from warranty claim team that the store did not send the watch for replacement. They don't take my calls and now I have to follow up with every dog at Optus while getting charged for services & devices that I don't use.

Awesome customer service by Ivan today! Had some problems unlocking my phone from another network and Ivan was an absolute star. Left to my own devices I would have spent hours crying in frustration. Thankfully, the customer service at the store saved me from that experience!

Excellent service from Jason. I came in on a Friday evening and was honestly half switched off after work and Jason was really patient throughout the whole process of getting a new phone and changing plans. He also made sure that we got the best deal and was transparent. 15/10 would recommend. Vibes were impeccable.

I've received first class customer service from the team each time I've visited. Cathy in particular was so lovely and patient in answering all my questions. We had a lovely chat while she was helping me. Now I have a brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max, a new plan with much more data and a new pair of Airpod Pros! Will be coming back soon for a karaoke system for the hubby and new numbers and iPhones for the kids. Cannot recommend Cathy and the team enough!
