My Business PC has worked well over the last couple of years. I have had to learn a bit about how to work with Linux after years of using Windows, but I found the help I needed, either from ArkPC or online forums.While I was going through the process of deciding and ordering my PC, the online chat with Isaia was very helpful. He gave quick replies with information that I could understand and that made choosing and ordering a lot easier than if I had done it on my own. When I had some other additions to my requirements later, he was happy to talk more about them and honestly tell me the options that were available.The delivery time was hampered by the delays caused by CoVID-19 restrictions at the time, so I couldn't say whether it was slow or fast. I got it in one piece, though, and I was happy with that!When the PC arrived I had a problem starting it but this was due to a cable that had probably become loose during transit. Easy to fix. I needed help a couple of times with other issues and ArkPC support was able to assist and did so quickly and professionally. Even though I have had the PC for over a year now, they are still helpful. The two-year warranty is much appreciated.I am very happy with the reliability of my PC. I have had to learn a bit about the features of the hardware and how to manage it but it is well-made and still speedy. I use the computer almost every day and do a variety of tasks, such as converting sound and video files, editing images and videos, surfing the 'net and downloading files. I can even have two different browsers with multiple tabs open running at the same time and the system is still very responsive and efficient.I am glad I chose to get a Linux-dedicated PC and feel satisfied that ArkPC provided an excellent product that helps me get the best out of the Linux operating system.
