Really friendly staff but extremely unhappy about having to wait an entire hour at the counter because they stuffed up the transaction and couldn't figure out how to fix it. An entire hour. No compensation offered. Not happy.

Our new fav they have open pay which is handy and the loyalty program really pays off! I'm always getting store credits for being a member. Great range of products and fair prices.

One of the few racist places you find in Darwin. We were there to buy one a beta fish and the girl who was there wanted to serve the skin rather than who came first. We were literally standing there for 20 minutes before trying to take it up with their manager. I am pretty sure there was enough light so that they can see us. The manager was whinging about the staff but we have told her clearly it’s not the staff it’s the attitude.

Very Disappointed. Very very disappointed. Told them not to get my dogs too short. They have just trimmed her. They haven’t done a haircut. Ridiculous. i want my money back.

Staffs are knowledgeable and always provide advice and help.Budgies are of good price, very easily to get hand feed and trained.

I don’t normally write reviews but this upset me a lot. I’ve been here twice, both times the store was not busy at all. The first time the customer service was alright, they weren’t too helpful. The second time was worse. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I also overheard them talking trash about other customers so loudly the whole store could hear. Won’t be going back unless I need to and don’t need advice on what to buy.

My father dropped off my puppy this morning at 10am and gave the shop his number since I’m at work all day. Then the shop still messaged me & when my father rang the shop to ask if it was time to collect my puppy, since it had been 2 hours or so and he didn’t get a text, the girl on the phone told him to wait for a text. My dad told the girl my puppies name and that they had been there for a long time and she just replied with saying “you’ll be contacted when your pet is done”. My dad then went to the shop around 2pm to find that my puppy had been sitting in a cage for 3 hours. When I told the shop about what happened, they said that it was just a miscommunication and they will add a note to my account so it doesn’t happen again. I was very upset that my puppy had been sitting in a cage alone for 3 hours and they didn’t apologise or request any help at all.

Great store with everything you need for any pet. Friendly staff that are very helpful and knowledgeable. Well done
