This is the second time I am posting my review here. For the first time I received a call from the owner after sending an email with my concerns (not sure, it might be a company representative) who said that they will compensate my negative experience. I was told that they will send some kind of voucher. However, that voucher had never arrived. All my other attempts to reach again through the provided email were ignoredi.e. Your request 1058912 has been received and is being reviewed by our Guest Support Team."and then another one "Your request 1058899" .... and it was all more than one month ago.---Therefore

The young lady that greeted us at the door was delightful, full of smiles.The other staff members were also very pleasant and helpful.The burgers were really good, although a little over priced.The only negative was that the fries were cold and the fat chips looked and tasted like they had been cooked over and over again.Overall a nice place and will definitely comes back due to the friendly staff.

The food service was fast and hassless and the food tasted great the only thing that i would change is the chips and onion rings they are a bit too salty but they are alright otherwise.You should definately eat here they are fantastic

Delicious burger but portion wasn't big though. They have 'Bare Betty' for those who prefers bunless burger! Business was good even in the last hour before they close on a Sunday night!

Great service and friendly staff! Today u got served by Ameesha who took care of my order and was very nice to me. Food is well cooked and looks good I would recommend eating here for the staff and the food.

Delicious burgers and shakes with lovely hand cut fries. I had the double with egg which was delicious, the patty was juicy in the middle and was crispy and delicious on the outside. The thick shake was really nice and not too thick. Also great that you cam have one of their beers which are made just for Betty's Burgers.

From the moment I stepped into Betty's Burgers, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all very polite and helpful, and I felt like a valued customer right from the start.In particular, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by Kyuss. Not only was he extremely attentive and efficient, but he went above and beyond to make sure that my dining experience was enjoyable. He took the time to answer my questions about the menu and even made some great recommendations that I wouldn't have thought of on my own.I would highly recommend Betty's Burgers Cronulla for anyone looking for a great dining experience. The customer service is exceptional, and Kyuss in particular deserves special recognition for his outstanding service. And if you're a milkshake lover like me, be sure to try one - you won't be disappointed!

This is the third time I've been in over the past 3 weeks and the vegan burgers have been delicious! Super friendly team and a special shout out to Amisha who remembered me and my specific order from weeks prior. Highly recommend
