If it was possible to give no stars than I would! I paid for a full bond clean (well above the average cost) because I was told we would have a full bond back guarantee. That was not the case. Firstly the cleaner told me (when issues were raised by our agent) I was outside the 3 day guarantee period (which I wasn't) and then listed a number of things that weren't covered" essentially meaning we had to get another cleaner in to complete those items. Terrible service! I would not recommend their cleaning services!"
