I asked them for a quote, but got a call at 4pm telling my car is ready. Excellent work and friendly staff but it w be nice to get a quote first $700.00 later.

Took my very sick KIA in for repairs. Asked them not to proceed with work until I knew what the full cost would be. They proceeded anyhow and I was stuck with a huge bill at the end of it for very shonky workmanship. I gave the single star in recognition of the friendly approach by the owner. My take away is that friendly doesn't always equate to service delivery - NEVER again!

Arrogance from the owner of the business when l went to buy a part. He would not sell it to me as he wanted me also to pay his over the top prices for labour to fit which l could not afford .
