My Fav sushi place in the area. Friendly staff, variety yummy sushi and bento. Try their scallops sushi if you like seafood and thank me later!!!

My mother and I are usually regular customers and purchase the salmon poke bowl with brown rice.The last two times we have been, there is no brown rice available. However on the menu on the wall it says brown rice available.Being health conscious, we prefer to eat the healthier option that your store claims it provides.We reluctantly took the white rice option however that is the last time we will eat here unless your store improves it’s ability to provide what you claim to provide on your menu.While eating in store, another customerasked for brown rice…that’s three customers in half an hour that are not satisfied with your service. This customer chose to leave instead of ordering.It’s not much to have a smaller serving of brown rice available for use throughout the day.Hopefully you take this into consideration.

Normally really good .. but we order the sashimi platter which came on not the freshest lettuce and giant chunks of fish not very sashimi like .. seams they lost there enthusiasm... atleast they where generous with the fish and we where able to come home and re-slice it and re make it ..

Fish bento box was just gross. The fish didn't even look like fish nor did it taste like it. One bite and straight away I could tell it was really old (probably wasn't even fish at all). The salad tasted out of date and unwashed. Even the sushi rolls looked like sick wrapped in seaweed. Really poor quality overall.

I ordered the Beef bento box from Yi Sushi through Uber Eats for $22.90, but I was disappointed with the quality. The beef was chewy, the salad had no sauce, and the tuna sushi was unimpressive. Given the price and the subpar taste, I can only give Yi Sushi 1-star.

Wow - great, last minute find for a cooked lunch! Ordered the Karaage Bento Box and wasn't disappointed! Yi Sushi has an amazing and varied menu, and although they are a little more expensive than others in their field, the flavours certainly explained why! Lovely staff and clean dinning area. Can't wait to try more dishes in the near future...

I ordered prawns for dine in, the chinese old lady wasn’t very hospitable, the way she talked to me was just rude and when the prawns were served, the prawns didn’t had sauce so I had to order again whereas in Beeliar Yi Sushi whether you dine in or take out they give you free mayo sauce without extra payment. I would never recommend Kardinya Yi Sushi everyone!! Such a nasty experience.

Possibly one of the worst meals I've had in a long time.Under cooked chickin full of gristle. No sauce and very watery rice.The Beeliar location is much better but dont bother going to Kardinya.
