What a fantastic outcome Karl brought to our home. Like many people are struggling with the heat and having sleepless nights. We thought we were unable to have a split system as we didn't have any spare wall space. After contacting Karl he recommended using the low wall split system which would sit under the window. We were a bit apprehensive that the outdoor unit would be visible in our garden which we use quite regularly. Karl pointed out that he could put it to the side of the house where you wouldn't see it. So we ordered the system and now 2 weeks from ordering to installation we have a nice chilled bedroom and ensuite. Karl was polite, punctual and fair priced, keep up the great work.

Karl came and serviced our 5 Split Systems. He was on time, polite, respectful and very professional. He did a fantastic job and answered all our questions and gave good advice. He is honest and reliable with great communication and great value for money. We have recommended him to everyone we meet. Our next door neighbour used him on the same day as well for a ducted service and was super happy with the results. 10/10 would use again and again. A*
