Mine broke 2nd day. I was offered replacement if I could provide a photo but I had already thrown them out. Hope this helps your choice.i understand Aussie Soles replacement policy, unfortunately I had already thrown the thongs away before I was aware of this. My loss. My reason for the review is inform of the quality, not get a refund.

Poor quality thongs. Bought 2 pairs of the black 2.5 arch thongs. 3 months in had a blowout in one side plug not ideal when an hour from home had to go bare foot . Still got one pair but not game to wear away from home incase it happens again. They are comfortable thongs just poorly made. They did replace no questions asked with an awful color as had no stock of black. Not for me once bitten twice shy have ordered another brand.

bought some of these from a local op shop as I was looking for a supportive pair of thongs. never heard of them before so googled them as they are so light, fit like a glove and have support in all the right places. why someone would want to get rid of them I don't understand. i will be getting another pair of these when the current ones cark it!

By far the most comfortable thongs I've ever owned. You can walk comfortably and at pace if you wish, your toes don't need to claw to keep the thong in place on your foot and the arch support is just like my orthotics. I can't recommend them enough! I'd say I'm now a lifetime customer.. thanks guys!

I bought my first pair of starfish indie about three years ago, and was really happy with the product, speed of delivery and service. My sister saw them, tried them and bought herself some. Recently, I thought it was time to buy another pair as the original ones were showing signs of wear. Unfortunately, my experience this time was very different from the first time. As I hadn't had a dispatch confirmation after some time, I made an inquiry, only to be told that the colour I had ordered was out of stock and they expected a delivery to the warehouse in a couple of weeks, but if I wanted delivery before Christmas, I could change my colour choice. I wasn't in a hurry, so said happy to wait. Some time later - 3 or 4 days, I got an email advising that my order was out of stock and asking what I would like to do. When the sandals finally arrived, I found a massive difference in both quality and sizing (I had ordered same size as previously). Very disappointed on all levels. When I placed the order, the website should have reflected out of stock. If that was not doable, then they should have given this information when they sent the confirmation email. I should not have had to chase up the status of my order. Final insult to injury is the sandals themselves. Not at all comfortable like the original ones were. They are too small, and just don't meet the mark on quality and comfort. I am not interested in trying to negotiate an exchange or refund. Sadly, I won't be recommending or purchasing again.

I think you guys need to get your act together? We have friends in the UK who love your product, so we tried to order a couple of pairs to take back with us but you didn’t have the sizes!!! We are now in the same position again so tried to order but again 6 months later no sizes????? So I contacted your customer service and they said keep checking the website, I’m not sure whether you are aware but this is a sale and profit for you so why don’t you train your staff to take a damn order and then send out when it arrives? It’s called providing a great customer experience! So annoy’d will not be coming back.

I absolutely love my Aussie soles! I have a connective tissue disorder, so my feet and toes can get quite painful at times and need to be supported. I bought a pair from Eumundi Markets, the man there was very helpful. These shoes are so comfortable and are great for the beach- I've even worn them in swimming in the river at Cotton Tree!

Be aware, thongs shrink considerably in the sun and are not refundable or covered under warranty. Such a useless material for use in Australia. Extremely dissatisfied.
