From the time I rang Jo was very friendly and prompt to make a time to do a test patch, Jo arrived on time assisting me to choose a grout colour that would complement the tiles, as what was there was very dark grout that did not look good, the date was booked Steve arrived 8am sharp it took about 6 hours and what we were left with is better that I could have hoped for, I will say Steves attention to detail is second to none it was beautifully finished even to me who is very o.c.d, the price was more than reasonable so if you have ugly grouting and want an update without the hefty tile replacement, ring The Rescue North Adelaide you won’t be disappointed Jo and Steve will look after you s as nd you will wonder why you did not do it sooner.

Jo was the first person we came into contact with and was probably the reason we went ahead. She was easy to talk with and knowledgeable about the product and job. Then Steven arrived, on time (often a surprise) and did a fantastic job. Theirs wasn’t the cheapest quote but we feel we received value for money and definitely a good job. The only criticism was they didn’t respond with the quote after the initial visit, we had to chase them up. We were recommended Tile Rescue from friends who had used their services and we would definitely recommend them to anyone else.Excellent communication and they arrived on time both days they were an our place and worked very hard.We were extremely pleased with the result in our bathroom and laundry. It looks almost like we’ve had a new tiled floor put in and the walls are glowing.We would definitely use this service again.

FANTASTIC all round! I should have got North Adelaide Tile Rescue in years ago. I needed tiles on my balcony regrouted and ended up doing every wet area in our 16 year old house. Jo and Steve have every room looking brand new. The whole experince from quoting through to workmanship is second to none. Jo and Steve are wonderful people to work with... call them now! Don't go another day with unsightly grout.
