Have tried multiple times to get in contact with ANYONE to find out about a parcel with no luck.The seller uses various companies depending on size and our other parcel (different company) arrived within a week and the driver was lovely and helpful.The best I got so far from the Aramex call centre (which is where the Geelong number takes you) was that they couldn't tell me anything other than what the tracking says and they will contact the Geelong centre to get in contact with me.Still waiting.

Absolutely useless company and customer service! The tracking number means nothing and your parcel will show an ETA that's not accurate at all, and when you ring they agree the tracking number is not accurate and can not tell you when your parcel will be delivered. That's why people pay for tracking numbers! Previous parcel deliveries from them my security cameras have caught have shown drivers dump parcels in unsafe places and don't ring the doorbell to even let you know a parcel's there, shocking service all round. I can see I'm not the only one with these issues from all the other negative reviews, and it's such a shame some retailers insist on using aramex so I have no choice but to put up with their terrible delivery service.

Pray to god, the mother Mary or any deity that you get your package delivered to the specified delivery address. Often delivers to the wrong address, never leaves missed delivery cards or sends any form of notification of delivery confirmation or missed delivery (last delivery delivered to neighbour, see photo I received from Amrarex when trying to find where my package went). Usually I have had to collect my parcels from the depot. Unfortunately sites such as Aliexpress and DHgate use this abysmal company to pass on delivery locally. Armarex you make me sick.

I thought my parcel was lost, the call centre couldn't tell me where it was, but said it was at Geelong depot, but lost in transit, but said we couldn't pick it up from the depot. I decided to go today to the depot and I'm glad I did, the team were absolutely fantastic!! Digging through cages to find my parcel and not a single question asked when I said it was for my wedding on Saturday, and was supposed to be delivered to me on the 19th. Fantastic crew and I'm sorry they cop so much flack from a call centre that's based overseas. Thanks guys! ✌️

If I could give a zero I would!This is the second delivery from Aramex I have (supposed to receive).Their delivery service is non existent.I have a parcel that has been sitting with them for over a week. I rang to ask why it is seven days and it hasn’t moved. It is supposed to (according to their tracking) be in their Geelong depot. The person on the phone said that while they had the paperwork, they didn’t have the package! Whilst I was trying to ask where the package was, the lady on the phone told me to simply wait for the delivery to arrive and hung up on me!This was very similar to the last delivery this company was making to my address…it took many weeks for it to travel 1.5 hours drive to my door!If they were willing to tell me where my parcel was at what depot, I could go and get it myself…but they don’t communicate and as stated above, they hang up!No company should use Aramex to deliver their products. Aramex is the worst of the worst.

I shop online on a regular basis and Aramex has proved to be unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely slow, time and time again!! They rarely update their tracking details and rarely respond to emails. They just drop your parcels and run, without even having the courtesy to ring your doorbell which would only take a split second longer! A parcel that takes two days to arrive with Startrek(brilliant service by the way), takes over two weeks with Aramex. Cannot stress enough, especially if you own a business and do not want to lose your customers, DO NOT use Aramex!!!!!.

I got an email saying it was to be delivered 16 march only to read on that you can not deliver. I contacted the Vet She'd and complained. That package had puppy formula and food as the mother was unable to feed her 5 pups. I had to go to Pet Stock to by these items. My package turned up 10 days later. Not required now too late. I should of picked Australia Post to deliver at least they are reliable . Cannot recommend your services

And the award goes to.. Aramex...for absolutely the worst courier service of all time! No notifications, no info on the cards they leave. Infact nobody seems to know anything!If you like mysteries and thrillers, this company can provide the same feeling. I hope they're not being used for my next order.

Absolutely shocking, for the third time a package held up for over a week by Aramex locally with no updates or direct contact. The latest package took less time to cross America and get to Australia before is disappeared into the Aramex black hole only a few km away. And they can't even confirm if it's been lost or not.I already contacted Aramex for support with the phone call result of simply being advised that parcels into Geelong could be held up there for up to 2 weeks... and the query was closed!! Now I'm advised to start another chat??? And the system prevents me doing that because a ticket has already been opened" on that tracking number. Unbelievably inept.At day 11 with no update

Rang for redelivery with authority to leave. Can’t do it. Not open weekends for pickup.Jess couldn’t give 2 cares in the world which really reflects well and coincides on the standard of this business.
