not even a one star this rip off real estate we went to the property of 156 smith st pendle hill and we inspected the property then we applied the appilication on the spot the next day they said it was taken fine not a problem !!! then 1 week later we found it back on the market then we spoke to the office on the 8/9/ 2022 at 11:30 am the lady on the phone was so rude racist and disrespectful she was screaming and technically she hanged up its about honesty and if the house was taken good luck but be straight to the point and honesty is a virtue one more thing i will bring this case to the fair trading and escalation of this process will be conducted

Sent multiple following mails to west syde realestate but got No response.Subject: 96 metella Road constructionDear West syde real estate team,I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against the demolition work currently being carried out by your contractors at 96 Metella Road, Toongabbie NSW 2146. I am writing on behalf of 98-100 Metella Rd owners committee, Toongabbie 2146.The builder has breached its duty of care which is posing a personal safety hazard and structural damage to our properties. We have noticed the following breaches in the last few days of demolition work.1. While the workers were working with PPE, no barriers were erected between the demolition site and our properties to stop the exposure of asbestos, posing a serious threat to the health of the residents and kids who are playing only 2 meters away. This indicates improper asbestos management plan and risk planning from the builder's end.2. Similarly no provisions have been made to stop the dust flowing towards our townhouses and posing serious health issues to the residents including my kids who may have asthma.3. During demolition work, the fencing separating the townhouses and the site, has been damaged. See attached images 1, 2 & 3. The builder failed to take the duty of care and did not come forward to notify the resident of the damages.4. The builder is required to display legible contact details at the construction site, but the builder failed to do so. See attached image 4. The mobile number displayed is incomplete and therefore the builder cannot be contacted.I kindly request you to look into the matter ASAP, provide appropriate instructions to the contractors and take prompt action to stop the breaches of the code of practice.Looking forward to hearing from you.

I would like to share my experience with 'First National Real Estate Westsyde - Pendle Hill' after dealing with them for the past 3 years. As a new resident in a land away from Home, we were very worried about securing our 1st rental property without any rental history. It was within a week after securing my 1st job in Sydney I had to look for a rental property to move from my shared accommodation. Avanika and Team from First National Westsyde - Pendle Hill helped with the process and we occupied a brand new unit. From day 1 the team was helpful with any issues we reported on the rental property and ensured they were addressed. They were prompt in their routine property inspections and shared honest feedback about the property maintenance. The team indeed was even more helpful when we decided to move out of the rental property and helped addressing minor general usage wear & tear issues with landlord and held no deductions from the rental bond. Our sincere thanks to Avanika/Rashmi/Team for their continuous support during our association with them. Thanks again. Wish you all the very best!!!

Landlords/Owners Beware !!!We caught there dishonesty in dealings, when caught the principal Tanmay Goswami came up very arrogant and started shouting to suppress his wrong doings. The staff Avanika Patel was very rude. Overall, unfair and unpleasant experience with them, never going back to these crooks.

I was renting in Wentworthville through First National Real Estate Westsyde and would not like to recommend them. The agents were unprofessional when responding to emails during the time of my lease.When we vacated the house, the agents Avanika and Tanmay blamed us for not doing the final cleaning well and other damages that we had not done. Although we had the property cleaned quite well and returned it in the same condition it was given to us, the agents were not happy and sent us a hefty bill to pay. They finally withheld our bond money and we had to go NCAT to get our bond back. It was a huge discomfort and loss of peace for us. I would regard them as greedy and unprofessional in their service and would not recommend renting through them.

I would recommend First National Westsyde to anyone who is looking to rent or to buy a property.I have been with them for more than two years and the experience is very good.Their customer service has been excellent during my stay and very flexible to tenants. Service is very quick if you request anything from them. The team is very polite, friendly and they do respect to their tenants very well. We wish Avanika and the team all the very best.

I'm writing this review as I would like to commend Tanmay and his team from 'First National Real Estate Westsyde - Pendle Hill' for their great customer service.My Property Manager , Avanika is exceptionally good. She is very professional and transparent with all the communications.Tanmay is outstanding, highly experienced in his area , always provided best advice, it's absolute pleasure to work with Tanmay. Without any followup he used to send/inform all the important updates.i would highly recommend this office to anyone in the area for any help with selling, buying or renting!

Worst Real Estate.Be very careful about making a copy of your ingoing inspection unless you want your bond ripped off. Had to fight tooth and nail with them, and even when they did process our bond they didn't put in our bank details so it was 4 weeks before we got our bond back.

Avanicka from First National real-estate is the best real estate woman I have met in last 40 years in Australia.She has never been unfriendly to me.She speak very friendly and clearly.She concentrate the issue and tries to solve it.She always answers my call promptly.It is enjoyable to communicate with such a lovely lady.I hope she will stay in First National Rea-Estate for long time.Best luck to her if she change her job .Cheers
