I bought a new computer and had no idea how to set it up with everything I needed to start an online course. James did it all, efficiently and same day service. I would highly recommend him.

They quoted us a $320 to replace a cracked screen (hairline crack in top left corner) and said we would have it back in 4 working days. It took 3 weeks and would have taken longer if my husband hadn't said he'd come out to Berwick to pick it up.While replacing the screen they shattered the new one so that it's actually unusable (due to broken glass) and somewhere along the way they lost the rear hinge covers then said we had given them the computer like that. Not that it matters in this case, but they also left fingerprints on the INSIDE of the new screen. They didn't charge us for the new (and broken screen), but we gave them a working (if damaged) laptop and got something unusable back.Very disappointing.
