F45 Training Charmhaven

I did F45 in Sydney and hated it. I won't go in to why, but at Charmhaven, within minutes of joining they proved how different they were. The trainers know every single person, their injuries, their abilities, how and when to push them, and when to back off. They make every session fun, you are sweating to death and they come along and make you laugh, which is hard, because you want to hate them because of the crazy hard workout, but you secretly love them haha!Honestly, no word of a lie, in my 15 years of training in gyms, I have never felt so comfortable, so looked after, and like I was a genuine friend to the team.Will be doing everything in my power to stay with this crew even if I move out of the area!

F45 is seriously the most fun and challenging workout I've ever done. The trainers are amazing and push me to give it my all every time. Plus, the community vibe amazing. I've made so many workout buddies and we push each other every session. If you want to spice up your fitness routine and have a blast doing it, F45 is the way to go.

The trainers are absolutely amazing. I have never felt so welcome and comfortable going into a new gym.

Amazing trainers / atmosphere / group of people to train with / work out.Everyone’s encouraging whether it is the trainers or people you may be training with.Very good set up for people who are beginners or advanced as the trainers help with form throughout the session and pushing you to the next level.Highly recommend.

New Owners/Trainers Sarah And Trevor have completed transformed - seriously sharp operators. Equal ratio of genders, awesome equipment (particularly for the more advanced now) Atmosphere is pumping - almost like having a party whilst working out, though you can be as social or unsociable as want. Impossible to leave not feeling happy and exhausted, insane value for money. If nothing else, provides massive results in minimum time, supported by genuinely good people.

Best gym with the best trainers, best community and best results I have ever experienced.
