Brighton Jeep

After numerous phone calls to dealer and salesman showing genuine interest in purchasing a car , I hardly received return calls to follow up my interest. Car is now at a reduced price… I have bought elsewhere.Further to the response below from the dealer… funny how the dealer hasn’t called me to discuss my review but just kept it internal. The only reason I eventually (over a week later) received photos and video was because of the numerous calls I had to make! My offer by the way, was $1000 short of your listed asking price.

We were in the market for a jeep and visited Brighton Jeep. It was really our first time buying a car ourselves. We bought a jeep last Saturday from Sam and was incredibly impressed with our experience. Sam was not pushy, knowledgable and answered all of our questions (we asked some questions multiple times). It was an incredibly relaxed experiance and not prestigious. We also dealt with Alana who couldn't have been more delightful to work with. The whole experience was super easy and from start to delivery. Would def recommend and highly enjoyed the experience.

I had my own reservations visiting the Brighton Jeep showroom based on previous reviews. But the customer care and personal attention and detail to running us through the vehicle quickly changed my opinion. Nicole Riseley was excellent with the way she talked us through very minute details of the car. Where she wasn’t sure, she promptly clarified doubts with her colleagues and provided us with necessary information. She was very astute in post sales check and personally took the car in for some detailing that was outstanding. The after sales consultant Suzanne Chazbek was equally good with explaining the range of options and never pressurised us to opt for a certain plan. The dealership was efficient in getting the car ready for delivery very quick. Overall a very good experience of buying a new car. Satisfying to have a personal touch at dealing rather than a money mongering attitude. Would recommend this dealership, in particular Nicole to get your next car.

It was really amazing experience for us. Declan was exceptional with his service really patient and easy going.

We had a test drive of a used Jeep recently and while we decided in a different car in the end Stuart at Brighton Jeep was fantastic. He was easy to chat to, honest and helpful. He stayed in touch with us and kept us in the loop with the car we were interested in; checked in with how we were going with our car hunting and was great to deal with during our whole car-shopping experience. Bought a car here new two years ago. It had dents on delivery. The first time they fixed it they made it worse, then deny, deny deny the dent ever existed. Finally they took it to a repairer, it was off the road for TWO MONTHS. great news! The dent that never existed has gone. Bad news! The paint has dirt all through it, horrific paint job inside the door and the door is a different colour to the rest of the car.Drove it two seconds away to Sheen body repair, obviously they thought the work was rubbish, quoted $3500 to repair.Oh, car was returned a mess, paint and finger marks all over it, dust thick as a mat inside and painters tape hanging off the rear. Oh, and someone’s dirty empty drink in my drink holder.I nearly forgot. Some of the internal trim was sat on my back seat, they didn’t even fit it back on. It took the dealer five minutes to work out where it went and was even telling me they didn’t think it was part of my car.

I could not recommend Stuart highly enough, absolute professional made buying my wife a new car a breeze. I’ll be referring everyone I know to him, and when it’s time for me to purchase a new car I know who I’ll be calling. Thanks Stuart.

Stuart and Alana were absolutely great to deal with from start to finish. Awesome service provided from the initial enquiry all the way through to actually picking up my car. They always ensured I was promptly kept in the loop with any updates and were always very pleasant to speak to. Thank you again for all of your help.

Our service by the staff at Brighton Jeep could not be faulted. The Jeep Compass is my 3rd Jeep I have purchased from Brighton following Jeep Cherokees in Dec 2014 and in ???( Declan, can you please have the records checked for when I bought my 1st Jeep and let me know) I cannot fault my Jeeps.Richard Goninan
