Disgusting behaviour, was promised our autistic daughter would be looked after, after transitioning straight from final week of school, options promised, don't seem to exist, (will be following this up with the school) case manager makes appointments outside of public transport times, causing appointments to be missed, then during phone call today, verbally abuses our daughter & threatens to kick her out of program.Complete opposite treatment/service to what we were told we would receive.

Centrelink made me go to this place because apparently they help people find work. So I went of course, and I thought that going to this place would help me find work. In the two preliminary meetings I went to they told me they'd help me find work, and that our third meeting would be over the phone on the 5th of April (or maybe even March). I am still waiting for that phone call.Don't even bother wasting your time with these people because they don't care at all (I mean, nor do Centrelink but that's whatever).

I will be finding a new employment service ASAP. Rang them and ask a genuine question due to being new to the company just for the woman working the phones to laugh in the ear. Absolute joke, have had other employment agencies do what I was asking and for you to laugh at me. Complete useless individual

Unfortunately Google didn't publish my initial review about my issues with IMPACT so I needed to edit it. I am taking my matters about them to other parties and one of my requests is A public apology given to me via publication of Bundaberg news mail. Everyone please take note I have never received a public reply and it's been 10 Months since my review, and no I haven't forgotten about these issues and the disgusting accusations your 2 workers said about me. Impact you are running a business you don't need employees like these 2 ,do your business a favour and terminate their employment

Worst experience ever … because I won’t give them my payslips I am now required to go to face to face appointments every week as pay back …what a joke I’m working part time and am over 55 and have only ever had to see them once a mth , numerous case managers in the short time I have been with impact none of which found me a job or have done anything to help in any way except harass and bully you if you don’t comply …I don’t have to give payslips yet I’m being punished for it … I have made a complaint and changed providers …

TERRIBLETrying to get any help or info out of this organisation is worse than pulling teeth. Government please explain how this place gets funding for doing nothing in regards to helping people who want to get off centrelink and start working? You should be ashamed!

Every single worker I have met there has been amazing! So friendly, nice and helpful. I don't know what I'd do without an organisation like this. The actual building seems fairly old but the workers have tried to make it look nice and inviting.

Extremely untrustworthy agency,Avoid like the plague,Caseworkers that think they are detectives and set out to ruin innocent people who actually have a disabilities, and are innocent ,in my opinion they are parasites,do not deal with two girls and they are little girl's JG and MC they pretend to be someone they are definitely not, a couple of words I have for them I can't put on here,i noticed I didn't get a reply from management whom also lied to me, guessing the truth hurts.The place is a total waste of good space
