As a graphic designer, I've worked with a lot of different businesses in the past, but they all had printing problems and delays, and none of them ever got in touch with me. I ordered 20K A4 Magazines. What I liked was that they email you to let you know what has to be corrected or changed. Their costs are reasonable. TERRIBLE SERVICEI've been waiting on a quote for some corflute signs. I mrung these people up yesterday, and follow them up today. Bob said he would email the quote in about 10 minutes. So far I have waited nearly 3 hours, and still no quote. I really dont know how these people run their business. I think i;ll stick with EASY SIGNS at Smeaton Grange, as their service is far superior. This company is a joke

I paid them nearly $6,000 dollars to do a 30,000 flyer delivery on behalf on one our clients. So many things that were promised never happened. Delivery started late & ended late. The promotion was time sensitive so it ended up being a disaster.Customer relations woeful. Manager wont even bother trying to return my calls or emails.I am handing this matter onto fair trading. If you are thinking of having them deliver any printed material for you , i would highly recommend you DON'T!
