Tempest Hair Design
Attended this place asking if I could get a haircut at any point that day. Was told by two staff having a chat to each other behind the front counter they were busy and were all full for the day. Total of 3 staff in the store and 0 customers at the store. Walked past 10 minutes later and no customers were there either.
