I just went to buy a bottle of water and the staff didn’t say hello or how much or anything. Just scanned barcode. That is it.

Guy working at 11:15 pm 6/10/22Accused me of stealing a chocolate bar when I was about pay $20+ worth of snacks and food. Of course being the only Arab looking fella I get accused of stealing. He refused to let me out even when I showed him my pockets which had my vape in it. I then asked him to call the cops but didn’t.

Good place to get petrol, in and out.Equipped with two coffee machines but both are disgusting and dirty. Do you guys even get the coffee machines cleaned? No coffee comes out due to lines are blocked. You only get milk.Please add extra hours during staff change over and get those two coffee machines cleaned and serviced. They're filthy.

The guy that served me yesterday Sunday 8 Jan, at 8:05 pm is frustrating. I had locked a fuel and scanned it, it had saved me a reasonable amount but he seemed to be unhappy about it. After I scanned it, he printed the receipt as a refund and wanted me to scan it again only to say it wasn't working Since it was already scanned, I said it wouldn't give me on locked price again. He was continuously saying me not working whereas I know the reason behind it. There was a long queue, so I backed off, and I had to argue with him for 15 mins after everyone was served. I paid the price on the refunded receipt but I was not given the receipt. Worst experience on 7 Eleven till date.

Pathetic customer service, staff have absolutely no idea what’s going on

I really had a bad experience today at around 11.30pm where I asked the person named ( sujain) to let me know where is the washroom instead of telling me politely he was very rude to answer my question.

Whf customer survice ?? He had no idea how to talk with customer: i see a cocroach in an coffee machine

Very very bad customer service stop to buy coffee but very stupid guy inside he busy on phone call don’t cares about customer. 7/11 have to change like that guy just waiting our time. 01/11/2022 04:05am thank you
