I have no hesitation in recommending VM builders. They built a home that we are proud of! Our original builder went bust and VM builders finished it.!

From the start that VM builders took over our build from our previous builder, it has been terrific. The transition was smooth, and they did a good job to finish our home.

At first I was terrified that a new builder was going to finish my home.VM builders alleviate my concerns. I went smooth and love my home.

Our dream home was finally finished. We originally went with a different builder, but they closed shop. VM builders were appointed to finish the build, our experience with them has been friendly and professional. We would build with them again.

The support we got from VM builders compared to the original builder was chalk and cheese. VM builders team genuinely cared about us. We now have a house to be proud of. We recommend them

WORST BUILDERS IN MELBOURNE. My parents home was built last year and they have had issue after issue and no response in rectifying it.They did not set up connection for NBN and we still have no internet since we moved in SEPT 2021. Some of the many issues is the roof has leaks and the windows have not been sealed so you can imagine the damage with Melbs massive rain fall this last week. We have called time and time again and my parents are now depressed and anxious and I have had to step in and try and fix this. We are now seeking legal advise.

My builder went broke and VM builders were appointed. My house looks amazing and had no problems. I would recommend them.

Well since VM builders took over Mega homes there is nothing has been done. My house is 97% completed and all they needed to do is issue a certificate of occupancy and do the handover and set a settlement day but instead they delaying this process without any reason. When I signed the papers to transfer from Mega homes to VM builders. I was told that once I signed the transfers paper, they told me they gonna set me up for PCI inspection within two weeks, which is I already done it two months ago with Mega homes. Now it has been 3 weeks since I signed the transfers papers and I'm not sure where or when this miserable scenario is gona end!!. Yesterday I called VM builders to ask about any updates on my property but the person who answered the phone had no idea at all and that person told me to go mega homes office and find someone there who can help me.To John MarshI've had similar experiences with this dodgy Builders whom are still allowed to run their business. I hope they go into liquidation just like their previous Company Mega Homes.I would like to strongly recommend you that you get a plumber or a Gas specialist to do a pressure test to detect any leakage of your Gas to safe your life and your family.I had a Gas leakage of my heating and cooling unit inside the roof. I didn't notice this till oneday I hired someone to install a security cameras for me and he smelt a Gas and didn't know where exactly that smell was coming from. I called RACV to Send me a Gas specialist to do a pressure test. The Gas specialist came to do the test and he found out where was the leakage coming from, and it was the gas pipes not tighten enough and the other Gas pipe was poorly fitted.I also recommend you that you get yourself/ Someone to the roof to see if there are any cracked roof tails to avoid getting water inside the roof.The same dodgy Builders who built my houseare also built your house.
