I got sent the wrong product, which I cant use for my practice and was of lesser value then what I ordered. Still waiting for a response from multiple emails. How can you send something wrong to a customer with no communication or refund? Used to be a loyal customer but will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible service and a very badly ran business. Ordered a couple of items from them and paid for shipping fee - did not receive the order after 19 days due to an error with the address (could be my fault entering in or system error). Goods was returned to sender - they did not contact me to advise or were they planning to. after chasing them up a couple of times with no response they finally responded with 2 options: pay shipping fee of $7.95 again or a refund minus shipping fee.I would be happy paying the shipping IF they chased me up advising that the goods was not delivered and if they actually seemed like they cared about customer service. its a shame they are happy to lose a customer over $7.95 and even worse when i get a better experience buying from sellers on ebay. SHAME...

Ordered a set of 9 uv inks, I’ve never heard of or used this supplier. Took a risk and thankfully used PayPal on feb 14th. 9 days after making full payment (over priced but I wanted them fast) I sent 2 emails requesting tracking etc and made one unreturned phone call. I got no response at all so cancelled the transaction via PayPal. THEN received a call, text msg with Covid excuses and explanation of a declined transaction. At least email ppl guys? If you’re all sick set up an auto response? Your site boasts experience and quality. Your prices are well over what I just paid elsewhere from someone reputable. Covid has just about killed the industry so if you’re using that as your reason to not msg ppl in a timely manner atleast understand we’re in the same predicament?! I ordered these for upcoming jobs. Shame. Best of luck.

I've ordered 3-4 seperate times, everything arrived within a few day or if I chose Express Post (which I usually do for the extra few dollars) my order arrives next day or the day after. Never had a problem and they have a good range of inks in regards to brands and colours.

Trying to contact this company - even before lockdown - is a nightmare. They say they will call back and never do, and don't respond to email enquiries either! My friend waited two and a half weeks for delivery of a substituted item as what he had ordered was on back order and not expected to arrive with them for three weeks! This is on Express Delivery". Four phone calls later we actually get an update on the order - telling us it has shipped. Not sure when - or whether - he will receive the balance owed! Why list things when you don't have it in stock? And work on your customer services as it's probably cost us a small fortune calling you from overseas!"

I've had several orders from these guys now, always sent fast, when I've had to send an email I've had a response in less than 24hrs, great service and will continue to use them for sure

Order not dispatchedOrdered last Thursday, 4 working days passed and nothing. Sent an email on Monday, no answer. Called on Tuesday said will call me back, no answer. Had to call again on Wednesday and they called me back to say that they don't have the machine in stock. They will have next week. Unbelievable! Horrible customer service. Never will buy again. Beware!

I ordered two sets of ink from this company-I had to get in touch multiple times to get a tracking number for my order, once i did receive my order it was was missing some colours (3 bottles) from one set and the other set didn’t come at all. I have emailed and called repeatedly left my details and NEVER get any answers or refunded. I am absolutely stunned that people still trade like this! Very poor!

Incredibly fast postage - I received my items the following day after ordering on my second order. Great range of high quality supplies and gear. Nice to find a local company to support. Definitely going to stick with this company as my old faithful from now on.

Very bad customer service. Never return phone messages, rarely reply to emails and 90% of their listed products aren't actually in stock! So you make an order and pay for your items then wait 2 months for them to ship it in from overseas. All this rarely with any communication about what's happening. If your products are pre-order CALL THEM PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS don't list them as 'in stock'.
