I purchased an Equipe saddle through Jason at Trailrace and over the last four years have had it fitted and adjusted to numerous horses and their changing shapes. Jason has always been super professional and helpful always making any changes to my saddle promptly and returning it to me very quickly. I can not recommend Jason, Trailrace and Jo (S.A.) rep highly enough!

After unsuccessfully looking for a saddler to repair my Syd Hill saddle, I found Steve from Saddleworld at Tuggerah. He replied my saddle within 24 hours at a reasonable cost. Thanks Steve

I can't speak highly enough of the customer service, Di is so generous with her time and knowledge. Jason is just fabulous in his assessment and saddle fitting skill. He made time in his very busy schedule, to improve my saddle balance and made me feel as important as a professional rider. They have a wonderful range in their shop, and always very helpful.

Been here twice and was treated poorly both times. Seems a very elitist store, if your not a top rider you don't belong.told me that their saddles were likely out of my price range, not knowing I had plenty of cash to spend- so I spent my cash at another store just up the road.not a friendly store.

I love this saddlery it’s my one stop shop for all my horse equipment and even some of my supplements. I have alway received friendly knowledgeable advice. Jason even personally fitted a second hand Equipe saddle that I brought through another company and organised to have a custom made pad designed for it to help the saddle fit well while my horse develops and grows. The pad arrived promptly and was hand delivered by Jo (their SA representative) who personally made sure it improved the fit of my saddle. I couldn’t be happier with their products or service.
