They charged 50 for guaranteed attendance of appointments we simply didn't make, it turns out that they generated these appointments unnecessarily and without notification...the loudest statement this business will understand is not participating or supporting a practice that hurts the locals for an unsupported policy.There are six in our family who will no longer attend or support this business.

It is with enormous pleasure I write a review for my Dentist Dr Hannah!Attended the glamorous surgery at Murwillumbahto have a consult, quote and a fitting of a crown.Of course we all knock at our knees at the thought of the time, procedure and the quote however it was painless in all avenues!Crowns are expensive however I was happy with the quote and the professional consult! In saying that I also have to congratulate chairside who displayed amazing skills and reception (I think is was Jess) for her follow up phone calls the next day. Well done guys! See you for my checkup in the future!

Hello all, I had a tooth extraction yesterday at Smile Street Dental Murwillumbah & I haven't been to a dentist forever, so the usual fears came up for me about seeing a dentist...I was so wrong...from Genevieve at reception to Summer the dental nurse to Dr Hannah the Dentist & the tooth extraction itself & to pain management to checking in on me today to see how I was doing, after it all...was absolutely brilliant!I was soo well looked after & tended to from start to finish!Cannot speak highly enough of the crew at Smile Street Dental Murwillumbah...thankyou, Sincerely, Greg

Dr Sudhagar and the team at Smile St Dental Murwillumbah, made my first visit there, (or any dental in a long while), very pain free, calm, easy.He cleaned my teeth so peacefully, it was done before I knew it, with none of the usual/past experience of long processes.Sudha, also gave me quite a few breaks, without drawing out the time, quite a different experience altogether, compared to any other dental clinic, I've ever been to.I can look forward to my follow-up appointments, with less trepidation.Thankyou Sudha, I hope that whoever replaces you, when you return to Sydney, can live up to your high level of care.Here's a local photo within the caldera for you, of The Pinnacle, western edge of Tweed Shire.

With a broken tooth, Smile Street was able to get me in straight away and give me a temporary fix.The front desk ladies were very friendly and the dentist was excellent
