Poolwerx Hillarys

Genuinely bemused by the lack of any customer service from these guys. Certainly suggest finding an alternative.

After many visits to other shops with the problem of blackspot osmosis with no success whatsoever. Finally the answer was given by the the Hillarys Poolwerx owner who gave me a battle plan that actually worked. The knowledge proved to be invaluable.

Generally the staff don’t seem to want to talk, let alone give any advice. I’d take Poolmart over this store for helpfulness.

I love the team at Poolwerx Hillarys. We are relatively new to owning a pool and the staff give great advice as to how to keep our water sparkling. From chemicals to pumps they have been great with service , advice and prices. I look forward to my weekly chats with Andrea while she tests our pool water. :-)

Useless and unprofessional. Just phoned to inquire about a pool service. Woman who answered spoke before picking up the phone so had to confirm I had the right number as no business name stated. Advised I wanted to inquire about their servicing, she stated they were booked out until 9 Jan and ready to hang up. I asked if I could get details about it as I was merely inquiring, or could I not get any info until 9 Jan. She said “whaaaat?” Surely she could have asked what I was actually after and given me a ball park price. Not everyone wants it done today. Some people just want info and price. Not sure if she was a blow in and had no idea about customer service but I’d heard good things about this place. Sounds pretty useless to me.

Home from travels to a green pool. A quick text message and my swamp has turned into a sparkling pool. Ian has looked after my pool for 10+ years always delivering first class hassle free service I am so grateful

i like to shop local and support the businesses around Hillarys. sometimes there not good enough to do this, however these guys are fantastic with advice and have helped me out heaps! Proffessionals.

I’m a costumer at pool Werx hillarys for a long time and always received the very best service today Ian installed a new filter and like always he did a brilliant job

Came in this afternoon to buy salt for my pool. Me and my friend looked around the store while someone was being attended to. As we were walking around there was a long pipe hanging from the roof. As he pushed it out of his face to avoid hitting it, the staff member rudely yelled at my friend to not touch it. While we were still waiting, we proceeded to then continue to look around, just to get YELLED at again by the same women for looking at one of the products and holding it by its lid. Usually lovely staff but because of this server today I will no longer come back ever again.
