My son had a terrible accident 3 months ago running through a glass door at another house. So after we moved in at this place, which was built in the 1920's, I found myself having heart attacks all the time when I see my kids running around in the living room with 10 large glass panels.I contacted many different companies trying to get glass safety films applied, some of them couldn't be bother to reply, some of them didn't even show up at arranged time for a quotation, some of them gave me ridiculous quotation, and one of them even disappeared on me after 1 email exchange.Arthur is a complete different story. He contacted me on the same day after I submitted online quotation request. He listened to what I need and show up on time for an on-site quotation. Today his guy showed up on time again and applied safety films throughout our house. He was professional and efficient. I am so extremely happy with Arthur and his team.
