Called this morning to see if they will sell me a mower that was on there website. The salesperson was a arrogant peace of work and used the Covid excuse and said the price had changed. I’ll definitely share my experience around the industry.RESPONSE.Still doesn’t change how you should speak to your prospective customers.Maybe you should learn what customer service is aswell. And sorry, your Covid response isn’t a valid excuse.

One of the rudest business’s I’ve dealt with in a long time. Called looking to service my mower and I’m told to leave it there for 4 weeks with no solution otherwise. I understand parts and labour is at a shortage at the moment but calling looking to give you business and being spoken to like I’m a nobody is not on! Massively regret purchasing my mower here in the first place.

Brett is fantastic, unbelievably helpfully and unreal prices, I'm in Queensland Blackall, and he personally sourced and posted the parts after contacting me on a post I made in a group on Facebook looking for parts for an old Victor ride on , spent a lot of time conversing to ensure we had the right parts with no extra charge, if you need anything in regards to chainsaws or mowers I would highly recommend contacting these guys first as I will in future , top notch service!
