Virgil Removals Canberra.....

Moved our 4 bed house from Florey to Kaleen and the 3 guys were absolutely splendid. Just so polite and likeable guys. Really careful with all my stuff. Some of it was really heavy and bulky type furniture and no damage whatsoever. Nothing was broken or missing and they cared for my stuff really carefully. They did not even take a break the hole time. Excellent price too. Super good movers.

Virgil Removals come very highly regarded from me. I would definitely use them again after using them for my house move on Monday. The guys were presentable and punctual and very open with their communication. They explained they were going for lunch and they’re clocking off so just small things like that went a long way. Really impressive, good business!

Virgil Removals team were fantastic and made my very difficult move easy and stress free. Ian & Ryan made sure everything was in place and put together at my new place and all my furniture was transported and moved with care and precision.VirgilRemovals came highly recommended by a friend and after using them first hand myself, I can recommend their services to anyone also.

Not the cheapest, but the best! Came out and helped me last minute. To be honest I made the mistake of booking with a cheap company (CBD Movers - never book them) and they didn’t turn up! I called Virgil and told them what happened and they came to my rescue.

Do not recommend! Unreliable, unprofessional and rude.Booked in for 1pm, after 1pm we were told about two hours behind, promised they would come later, never showed up.The person who answers the phone had zero customer service training basically said “I just answer the phone it’s not my fault”. Wish I’d read some of the other poor reviews sooner, if you need a removalist I wouldn’t take a chance on this business. The “management” don’t seem to know how to schedule jobs properly or communicate honestly.

Virgil Removals were fantastic for our move to Mollymook during the week. They loaded and packed on one day and arrived at our Mollymook address by 9am the nextMorning. Very punctual and organised. Great team effort and well priced.

Best moving experience we have had. Have moved house many times quite a lot of horror stories during those moved to be honest.. but Virgil removals nailed it. Very good business. Know what they’re doing that’s for sure.

I was thoroughly stoked with using you guys for our 4 bedroom move from Holder to Rivett on the weekend.Paulo and Rafael were high energy; hard working guys who were also very experienced and great Removalists.They took really good care of all our items and their sense of customer service was something I haven’t had with Removalists before.In the past Removalists have said very little - but these two really went out of their way to make our moving experience a really good one.These guys are keepers. Well done to Virgil for having staff with such good service and thank you Rafa and Paulo.

DO NOT USE THIS REMOVALIST COMPANY.They are the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They damaged $3k worth of my furniture, and despite telling me on the day that everything would be paid for, they then blocked my number and stopped returning my emails. They then went on to block my husbands number.They should not be in business.The Removalist’s themselves were inexperienced and couldn’t even get a fridge up 4 steps. It was the slowest, most frustrating move I have ever experienced. After 8 hours, when the job should have been finished (but they weren’t even half way!!), and so much damage had been done, I asked them to leave and arranged another removalist to complete the job. An absolute disaster.Please do not book any business with them, you will live to regret it if you do.

We just finished up with our house move and we hired Virgil Removals. The movers on the day were Colin and Dave.They were very hard working and worked all day despite the rain.The wrapped all our furniture to protect it and packed the truck w are fully and professional to ensure everything was safe.I was very impressed with the professionalism of Virgil Removals and will have no hesitation recommending their services.
