Place is clean and well done, but she does not write her appointments - I had to come back as she double committed, went back after 2 hours and still had to wait for an hour. She is good at what she does but really needs to organise herself better.Fast forward and she has improved so much and so have I improved my rating to 5 stars!!Happy new Year Lisa…

Very bad service, we booked an appointment for 3 pm few days ago for my kidshaircut, just 15 minutes before our appointment we called to confirm as we did not want to wait 40 minutes like last time (even though we had an appointment booked) we were told to come at 3:30pm as the lady is running late. We went at 3:30pm and didn't get acknowledged we waited till 3:50pm and she took another customer in. We wasted our time from 3pm on the road, when we asked her, her reply was that she is too busy, didn't even apologise. If you are busy why would you give an appointment for 3pm??Very bad service, please go anywhere, where your time is also respected. We don't get free service, we pay for this service and we are booking appointments in advance. This is not the first time, it looks like they book appointments to secure the day and then they take walk ins, but not respect the bookings. Please don't be too greedy, respect your customers time, they don't get money from a tree, we all have other commitments and book appointments to manage our time.

Very happy with my experience with Lisa. I have gone to her twice now. I got a full head of foils and found the color I chose was a bit light. Lisa did another round of colour when she felt I wasn't 100% happy. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Lisa and go to her again. She listens to what you want and delivers.

Me and my husband went to get haircuts. She has done an amazing job. This will be our go to salon from now on. we have been searching for a good salon to go nearby . This is the perfect place. Good luck.
