I've had tyres fitted to my 4x4, bus, small car as well as my passenger car, classic Ford and trailer from Bob Jane Tmarts over the past 30 years at various locations around Aus. Every time I've received quality tyres fitted at a great price, friendly service from great staff and above all an extremely clean & professional showroom& rest rooms that are maintained better than lots of restaurants. Murray & Crew in Bundy are fantastic & easy to deal with. Looks like I'll be frequenting their services for another 30 years .....I hope..The only downside is Bob Jane don't do moto bikes.

At journey's end, travelling in the dark, to Bargara, last week had misfortune to run over an already deceased kangaroo. A week prior to travelling, had two new front tyres fitted to my car by Bob Jane staff in Ipswich. Hitting the roo caused the car to fly through the air and land with a rather big bump. Tyres were still up and steering seemed OK, so drove on to accommodation.Called Bob Jane Bundaberg Service Centre next morning and received some advice and the suggestion that the tyres and alignment should be checked. Made an appointment and took car in the next day. Was able to show Store Manager, Blake, the paperwork for the new tyres.Staff thoroughly checked tyres for damage, pressure, alignment and steering. All good. Bonus for me was NO CHARGE! I was happy to pay for the assurance that my tyres were OK and safe to drive on.As well as the good product in the new tyres received in Ipswich, the brilliant customer service given to me in Bundaberg, is the main reason I have used Bob Jane T-Marts for many years and will continue to do so in the future. No problem for Manager (Blake Robinson), who made my wife and I feel at home and comfortable in a spotless waiting room (thanks for the coffees).Receiving the same top class customer service from Ipswich to Bundaberg indicates that Bob Jane T-Marts is doing something right.Thank you to Blake and the team in Bundy for your assistance and re-assurances.Paul & Lorraine 06 June 2023

Required a tyre to be replaced on Xmas eve they were the only store open, rang ahead and they told me they will stay open until I get into town for replacement. Greatly appreciated, will only use these guys from now on as their customer service is great.

Can't say enough about this store. Needed two tyres for our Caravan. They fitted us in straight away. All the guys where so helpful. Thanks again.
