I booked an appointment to get a pedicure done. Service was terrible, the girl who did the pedicure did not even talk to me during the whole service. I asked her to cut the corner of fifth toenail but she cut half of the nail.She did not even say anything at the end of the service, that “it’s all done” and I can leave. She just left me there.Overall pedicure was poor, no scrubbing, nothing. Even the nail paint was done poorly.I will never go back there. When I paid for the service, I did tell the reception person about my overall experience. She replied, “that girl is like that, she does not talk much”But atleast, provide some customer service.

Pathetic service- the girl named Lee who did my manicure and pedicure was so unwelcoming , never spoke a wordTried to engage with her but never respondedHowever i want to mention that this was my second visit- Meliha did waxing n eyebrows last time n she was awesomeBut this time it was the opposite.Lee did my eyebrows and it was so painful, while doing arms waxing she left patches of hair . When asked to re do, she did it but frustratingly and annoyinglyThen comes manicure for which i was excited-she Hardly spent 5-7 mins on actual manicurePedicure was the worst, no scrubbing done at all- did massage, painted my nails and asked me to sit while it was drying offShe was more concerned about her half done extensions that she immediately resumed with another girl after she put nail paint on my toesNever ever going back- not worth spending the moneyI would have given zero rating if possible

This experience was amazing,I loved how my nails turned out.And the service was so good they ask you questions and they are really nice to you,Overall it is just fantastic.

Second time I have been to this shop.To to busy...both times has taken 2 and a half hours...had the feeling that the girl doing the pedicure was just learning.. .but still pay full price!Nails weren't done to what I asked for...very very rough job..nails all different shapes...toe nails not cut properly..don't take clients in if your so busy.What's the point of making an appointment??

I love that the ladies do a proper job and don't rush and cut corner. I was in there today and love that the girls have a genuine relationship with each other and they were so cheerful. It was such a pleasant experience.

I went here for the first time and felt uncomfortable also the girl who did my nails was using the drill when she drilled 5 fingers I mentioned to them what happened and there response was take panadol there is nothing they can do only do something about nails. No apology or anything so I will not be returning.

I’m never gonna visit this place again. I had nail extensions done, good experience. But when I asked about removal of nails, they asked me come to come back. I did and was ripped off for 15 dollars. They literally did nothing, kept me waiting with nails dipped in acetone (you can totally do it yourself, had I knew they would charge so much)..I’m also posting the pic my hand look after removal of nails

I nearly didn't go here because of the reviews don't understand why people are so critical. She was seriously so lovely ... The workers were quiet but not rude like they've said and the salon is pristine with great colour selection, great clean equipment and the young woman running it never takes a day off and is just trying to build a little empire for her family. Very reasonable prices and so nice... Give her a try if they're busy be patient she is struggling to get staff but her work ethics are so good..love my nails the artwork is spot on

First time using this nail salon I thought I would support our local business BIG mistakeDisgusting mannerism from staff especially the older one.Over book to the point those sitting in pedicure and nail chairs were walking outSpeak in their language constantly instead of actually talking to clients14 customers to 8 workers and care factor is ZERONEVER EVER would i recommend or go there again .You can have all the glitz and glamour but if you can’t offer decent service your business will do no good.The absolute worst experience and many around me were commenting the same and like me walked out.
