Placed my order through the App. Waited... Waited... Then, I can hear the order numbers behind were being called out and served. Waited again... After a while, a girl yelled out saying, 'Is this order being served?' then they realised it hasn't been done and made it. Such a pathetic service. This is the kind of service that I'm going get, you won't be seeing me again. McD used to be pretty efficient and services were ok. But no aday it's absolutely useless. This so called App came along and you get ignored more at the counter, if you don't use the App like older people and when you stand in front of the counter, they tried their hard not to make eye contact with you and when they feel like serving you, they come to the counter. And toilets are very dirty and hygiene is not there.

i live less then 700 meters away and ordered through uber eats due to a recent knee injury and it took over 45 mins to arrive, large chips were burnt yet stone cold and didn’t even fill up a small container. the rest of my order was cold and the ice cream was 3/4 quarters melted. i also work in hospitality so i understand it gets busy and you can’t make every order perfect but this is disgusting.

The McDonald at Aspley is incredibly good! I’ve been eating there for about a year or two and have noticed that the food were good and they served my food pretty quickly. Keep up the good work!

So that's $15 I'll never get back.... If that wasn't the worst meal I've been served up & I've partly tasted (one bite of stone cold burger). I don't know what was....!!As the photos will show the chips were only parcooked but way over salted to the Max...!! I had two of the first lot of chips & drove back thru & told them that they were cold they said they would get me fresh ones...... Yeah right, they were exactly the same...!!Then I get home / back to the hotel and open up the rest & find....1. Coke 3/4 full..2. Straw already half open..3. Napkin scrunched up & with a tiny bug on it...!!4. Burger - no sauce- no tomato = charged 50 cents...- minimal lettuce that wouldn't fill a teaspoon =charged 50 cents.....- Stone cold - patty tasted almost frozen cold....5. No sweet & Sour Sauce = charged 50 cents...This was not my first or second choice...!!First I asked for a chicken wrap - nope none available. Then I asked for a toastie- nope none available .Then I was asked are you ordering anything?" To which I was like wow...!! I explained I couldn't see a menu as it only displayed family packs & some pictures... So I asked about two or three things which was an effort for the young girl to answer...!! Then told I'd have to pay for the extras NO PROBLEM but never received really poor form....!! Then get to second window the second time & the three young girls are all just standing around talking.....!! Needless to say Maccas standards really have dropped in all realms it seems

Tuesday 6th of June @ 10:10 pm I rang the store to lodge A complaint. I had the most rude & Aragorn , Sarcastic female store manager Dealing with me I tried to explain to her that They got the wrong 4 sauces for For my kids chicken nuggets I explained this is not First time as happen Before. She tried to offer me Free sauce for next time I tried to explain to her the sauces are free with the meal, anyway You have ruined a family dinner Dealing with Unhappy kids She did not care. So I requested to speak someone hiding. She mumbled something and just hang up the phone rudely I hope everyone in Aspley community Nose about this. McDonald's Head office needs to focus on the management customer service I work too hard to be dealing with people like that Don't need the attitude.Better spend your hard work money somewhere else.

Just trying to get through to complain is agonizing as no one answers. Have to throw out 1 in 2 coffees because they are disgusting, today I got a soft drink with no taste? The service in the waiting bay is not good and just continually saying sorry is not good enough-the store needs to lift its game.

The self service and dine in options were not available and the food was quite slow to be served which was understandable because of the options that were not available. But the employees were friendly and helpful and the food was decent.

Multiple times we have come through the drive-thru and we are in one lane with 1 car in front and we count at least 5 cars who enter in the other lane after us but end up getting served first as it seems they only focus on one lane

Nice clean store!Service is always quick and food is always hot/fresh unlike some other Maccas stores. The drive through can get quite busy in peek times but no complaints from me.
