HiAfter tolerating your prolonged “production times” and numerous excuses “it’ll be posted out tomorrow” 1 week later- I called to check if it had been posted again, and I got “our welder was sick, it’ll be posted tomorrow” again.I’ve finally received my 1hdfte manifold yesterday.I would not be writing this, if your product had been exactly as I purchased, but clearly your staffing issues is playing a part.As per the paperwork you supplied stating- recommend using new genuine exhaust studs, well that’s practically impossible, due to the fact the turbo flange on my manifold, has had the wrong thread tapped into it, the Toyota manifold and turbo studs are a metric 10x1.25 thread, what option am I left with now to rectify your mistakes. I thought it may have been paint in the treads so attempted to run the correct tap through the threads, as you’ll see per the video. Unsuccessfully.It wouldn’t surprise me if I didn’t receive a response as it’s extremely hard to contact your business.This was the first, and will definitely be the last time I have dealings with your business.

Got an airbox for my 2013 colorado and more than happy with it. Great communication from start to finish with my order. Will definitely recommend to others.

Will never purchase from this company again. Customer service was beyond terrible. I called with an issue and continually got told I would be called back shortly to which no response was received for multiple days. This happened numerous times and relied on me having to chase up myself. The template is rubbish. The cut was made exactly to the template which did not fit at all. After 3 weeks of chasing they sent me to a trusted" company who made further cuts outside of the template which has now sent the snorkel on an angle and made the bracket useless. All they would offer is a new bracket and it would be my responsibility to have it custom fabricated and this is considered "good will". Now I am left with a snorkel that doesn't run straight up the pillar and large gaps in my panel."

Do not order from them. I ordered a airbox for a 105 series landcruiser. The box arrived and did not come with any instructions or piping to connect to engine. They leave you completely in the dark and start responding to me emails asking for help once my box had arrived.Finally after multiple phone calls they answered and told me it's my own responsibility to find the piping. They have no idea what they are doing and just resell someone else's product as there are airbox the exam same just with a different brand on the lid. The company also only responds to messages on public places like this where everyone can see whats going on so they look good but direct emails behind a closed door are completely ignored.

Super happy with my snorkel and airbox, easy to fit and would highly recommend.
