Jay recently completed a renovation of our garage to convert it into a usable and enclosed space. We obtained 4 quotes and Jay’s was the most competitive by far. We drove down from Mackay Qld, to meet up with Jay to discuss our future needs, He drove us around many areas to show us what and how we could make it work. As newcomers to the North side of Brisbane we were fortunate to be given Jay’s contact number. He was courteous on replying to messages. He organised some one to draw up plans and then proceed with completing a butlers pantry, en-suite walk in robe, store room. As well as a retainer wall and fix up the front gates to keep our escapee dog in. As first time renovators we were extremely happy with all the work. I would thoroughly recommend him for all building jobs big or small.
