Highly NOT Recommended, Stay away, especially from Karlee. Unprofessional behaviour and bad treatment from her, also she is a compulsive liar, likes to cause drama and bad mouth tenants without reason. Owner of company aware and states that she is learning to be compassionate, if so why hire such a person? Who has zero professionalism or Zero Compassion for others? Karlee did not do her job left a fallen down tree in way of yard for months, didn’t maintain bushes / vines as she stated she would when took lease. Karlee was a nightmare from hell! Always rude, never a nice thing to say to anyone, always making excuses for her lack of work ethic! Would just advise to go with another company rental! Or even selling! Not worth the drama, also will try claim alot for your bond too, expect charges to be high and expectations to be ridiculous when house given to tenants moving in is below that expectation but returning must be showhome immaculate. Go again alot of SACAT rules and make up their own, Karlee will even drive past your house without reason to stalk you, randomly appearing in your No Through Street. 2 weeks after moving in will demand entry for an inspection even though you have only just leased the property. I have alot more to say about her unprofessionalism but i feel this is enough said to make anyone avoid.
