By far the best dental experience I've ever had. Absolutely everyone who works at Royal Dental care Parramatta is completely welcoming, friendly and professional especially Chris!I actually look forward to going to the dentist knowing that I will be listened to and totally looked after. I don't usually leave reviews but the team at Royal dental Care Parramatta deserve the praise.

Extremely recommend this dental clinic. I have been going to them for a couple of years now. The best doctors and nurses. Their customer service is amazing, when i removed my wisdom tooth they kept calling me and checking up on me confirming everything was going well.

I’m an old bird and Chris was more than willing to help me understand all the medical jargon when I had my first appointment here. I was scared as I haven’t been to the dentist since 2006, but the staff, especially Chris, were so lovely and understanding. Great service! Great teeth!

I don't think 5 stars are enough for this dentist, if I could give more I would. Dr Parisa (director of the business) surrounds herself with staff that are both friendly and professional. Dr William, a very skilled dentist, did my upper jaw with all on 4, with a great result. So if you want the look of a Hollywood star for a fraction of the cost go and get a free quote, you won't regret it.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Pooneh from Royal Dental Care in Parramatta, for all her hard work and professionalism. The care and support I received in the delivery of crowns was absolutely outstanding. Dr Pooneh’s extensive knowledge and experience in cosmetic surgery was evident when referencing research to inform me of best practice. I would highly recommend Dr Pooneh as your dental practitioner.

Dr salik treated me well. Receptionist also treated me well. Had cleaning and filling here. Dr Poona treated me and promised that if there is any issues in future she can do free of cost for filling. Both doctors appreciated that my teeth is pure white and clean. Generally they seen that in less people. Both doctors showed the computers image before and after and explained me clearly. Again suggestion to every doctors, please be polite with patient and show empathy.

Can I put zero stars? Not only did they charge things to my health insurance that they hadn't done, they put them under my siblings names. Also did repairs that didn't last 24 hours, no communication or consistency in the practitioners seen with none of them able to comprehend my medical needs. Had no confidence in their ability to perform things on me in a safe way so left and am going to see a dentist somewhere professional and decent.

5 star Service! It was my sons first time going to the dentist, he was very nervous and a bit scared at first. In the waiting room he started to cry and threw a tantrum and as any parent would be, I was prepared for this. What I wasn’t prepared for was how helpful the admin staff were, they were so kind they played some board games with my son to calm him and played music that he like and when it was time for his checkup our dentist dentist made the checkup like a game and my son was having so much fun. I definitely will be come back. Very family friendly!

I saw Dr Scott Church, and he is AMAZING! Very understanding, non judgemental, calming, fast and most of all PAINLESS for my wisdom tooth removal. A different dentist tried for 3 hours and failed at what Dr Scott Church did in 20 mins, he is a master! I highly recommend him.
